Horrible service! I literally go there everyday, use to be amazing, but then the staff changed, and every morning gets worse. They definitely need better workers.

BEWARE!!! THEY OVERCHARGE AND THEN POCKET THE MONEY!!! I’ve been to this DD site quite a few times, until I noticed that I was being overcharged when I paid with cash. Today, I waited to see if it would happen again, and sure enough it SURELY did! When I confronted the server, the response was a simple «Oh, sorry». Can you say «sorry-​not-​sorry»?! Last time I’ll be frequenting this establishment. And for those who continue to go, make sure you ASK FOR A RECEIPT!

Everytime I stop in the staff is always friendly and greet me once I reach registry. Donuts are always fresh and always fast service when I go. Store is clean and in a great location.

Guys, if you simply can’t take an order, keep it in your mind for 30 seconds. Make a coffee and then give it to the customer, you are even more miserable than you think. There is no job more simple than this one. Why I have to revise my order three times? And in the end don’t get the right one???

Exactly what you expect from a young, inexperienced, poorly trained, unmotivated minimum wage staff. Also the place of choice for neighborhood vagrants and panhandlers to take a nap or sit outside harassing passers-​by for money. Wish the pharmacy was still there. No one needed another coffee place especially one with such careless employees. Bagelsmith has better bagels and their coffee is just as good. I haven’t compared prices but DD microwaved sandwiches aren’t worth any price they charge.

THE DREADED DUNKIES IN WILLIAMSBURG! OH DEAR LORD.
Be not afraid. I needed a place to chill before going out to dinner, as I was 40 minutes early for my reservation. A few Munchkins, a bottle of water, genial service, and Power 105 blasting? I was good.
People, it’s fine. Really. Haaa.

DUNKIN’ DONUTS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Let’s just say that I am positively grateful that this chain came to Williamsburg after having to deal with subpar bakeries like NY Muffin or Bagelsmith… actually, I like Bagelsmith… they are good.
You hating on this place because it upsets the delicate balance of… insert whatever you want to argue here…
