Do not order!!! I wish I read all these reviews before ordering. Every other dominos is excellent. When I called an hour and a half into me waiting the girl was horrendous. She said its a 2 and a half hour wait. So I proceeded to give it another call in an hour and was on the phone ONHOLD for 30min. Then hung up and called back to recive the busy tone. Horrible horrible the store should be shut down.

Shouldn’t exactly be a shock given all the other reviews, but the pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive despite being right around the corner and only ordering a small pizza and drink. Food was cold when it arrived. For the price, order literally anywhere else.

Dont do it! Manager is disgustingly rude and hung up on me numerous times before telling me my order was«canceled»… Still was charged for undelivered order and was told by corporate my bank has to dispute it, smh. I sent a long email to corporate which im sure wont get acknowledged; never ordering dominoes again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery service. I ordered a pizza, and it never arrived. Simple as that. Not only did the pizza not arrive, when I called the following day to complain, none of the workers could confirm for me whether or not my card would be refunded. On top of this, when I called head office, even THEY couldn’t tell me whether or not my card had been refunded. «Um, it was probably refunded.» Can you check? «Um, I don’t know how, but I’ll ask someone to check and get them to call you back…». Needless to say I was never called. Disgraceful. If 0 stars was an option, this would be a more fitting review.

This locatuon is the worst. They are never on time and the pizza be cold. Where the delivery guy take my pizza home and went to sleep and forgot he had a delivery. come on man! Am happy pizzahut will be opening soon. Maybe better service.

Place is absolute garbage in every aspect. I refuse to even give this place a star at all. The food is subpar and usually burnt, as well as cold cause it takes hours. Gave this place multiple chances, every time it was trash. At this point when I’m hungry late at night I’ll just cook some food I wouldn’t have even given this one star but Unilocal wouldn’t let me continue without using at least one.

I used to live in Monticello N.Y. where I had a Pizza Hut 1 mile from my house, but I would drive 20 miles to Middletown N.Y. to the nearest Dominos, not that there’s anything wrong with Pizza Hut(their wings are great!!), that’s just how much I love Dominos. This store is just a mere 0.6 miles from where I live now and I find myself forced to go to a location that’s 5 miles away for better service and quite frankly BETTER food. The pizzas were hard, undercooked, barely cut all the way through, my son eat only one piece of the cinnamon sticks and threw the rest out and the wings were the worse we ever had. It seems that management doesn’t really care, someone needs to crack a whip and pronto!!, just because it is the hood, we don’t deserve a hood-ish service and I’ll take my $ 45 else where next time, thank you very much.

No Alfredo sauce, no philly steak. When I got there the girl said, we called. Which they did but 20min after I made my order. It would of been nice if you left a voicemail because they simply just don’t answer the phones at this location(I tried calling back). So when I used my card to pay(and because she couldn’t hear me because she too busily has headphones in her ear) she says«that ain’t your card zipcode» instead of saying«can you give me the zipcode again» just a hot ghetto mess maybe you would of got it right the first time if you weren’t smacking on gum. Also the delivery driver came back knocking on the door for her and another guy to open the door and they just told him to wait. Ummm it is a little cold outside. No teamwork going on here, I know that for sure. Also the first time I came the guy didn’t even give me my drink I had to say something so just know they will mess your order up.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars it’s absolutely terrible, I’ve been ordering from them for two years and it’s always the same, there crazy late bringing your food, there rude, and ghetto as hell! Today I order pizza at 2:05pm I had a wait time of 29 mins but I know it sometimes takes a bit longer due to other people ordering before you, the pizza guy didn’t get here until 5:30 pm so I told him to go fuck him self and take it back. I refuse to give my money to a place that has crap service, and the worst part of it is that it’s your/my own people who are being unprofessional and it’s sad. They also don’t get out there cars half the time… Almost every review on here about this place is a bad one, they need to get closed down or at least everyone should be fired! Where is the corporate number when you need it??? Guess they don’t care about franchise owners or Unilocal reviews. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is amazing and arrives hot and other times it’s cold and reminds me of frozen pizza. I wish they could find consistency just because we are in the hood doesn’t mean we don’t deserve great service and food. Please get it together.

I’ve been ordering from this location for YEARS. As of recent, their customer service has been despicable. The food takes FOREVER to arrive, it’s cold, burnt and has hair on it. The delivery drivers are rude and don’t feel the need to get out of their cars to deliver the food. Such a mess!

you should get free items when late I ordered my food at 5p and did not get it until 9p… I call at 545 and they told me it went out and then called at 625, they said do to snow. one driver and they thought it went out… then at 8:45 they called to ask if I still wanted it. i said yes… I got nothing free you can tell the pizza sat around until It went out

Close this damn location down. Its seems like either they are playing video games instead of taking your orders seriously. I wish I would of been able to give them a negative 10. This is the worst and I DOMEANWORST experience with any pizza chain. First, my Fiancé’ orders the food at 6:15pm. 730pm passes and we call, they tell us the order hasnt been sent out yet but will be soon. 830PM still no food, we call and get placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. We hang up after 30 minutes and called back immediately. They picked up the line started laughing with someone in the background and hung up. I told my fiancé’ cancel the order and when she called back at 8:50pm, they said it was on its way. at 9:38pm the food arrived. The delivery guy was confused, he didn’t know which was our order. I took our food along with the HOT Coca Cola bottle. When i get upstairs and open our boxes of pizza, 1st, the damn thing was cold, and second, it looked like the stupid box fell on the floor and shook, and the pizza was all messed up. I called the store to complain and was placed on hold for 26 minutes. I gave up. Here is the kicker, I left a horrible feed back on the website, expecting a call from the store, but no call. I went further, I contacted corporate office, and they didn’t do anything. DOMINO’s cares nothing about their customers. All i got was the typical., «we forwarded your complaint to the store, please allow 48 hours for a response» NO response ever occurred. I wrote corporate again and they just weren’t really trying to help. I WILLNEVEREVERORDERDOMINO’s again. They have lost my business and thankfully 8 of my colleagues have followed suit., DONOTORDER from them, and if you must, order from a diff location an pick it up. DOMINO’S YOUSUCK!~!!!

Avoid if you can. I wish I checked the Unilocal page before online ordering from this store. I ordered my simple pizza at 6.30pm, the site said it would be a 45min wait. It is now 9pm and even the online tracker says the pizza has yet to pass the prep stage. I’ve been calling the store for the past hour on and off. Got a busy signal first 4 times. Finally got through after a 7 minute wait and the Customer Service Representative hung up on me before answering — I could hear him/her suck their teeth and then end the call. On hold again, 8 mins and counting. At this point I’m just trying to get through to ask for a refund. Be warned, avoid this store at all costs. Update: 02÷22÷2158:40AM, I never received my pizza and despite constant calling last night, never made it through to a representative to get a refund. I sent an email this morning to corporate customer service. My online tracker still says my order [placed at 6:30pm LASTNIGHT is still going through Quality Check before being ready for delivery] Hoping I can get a refund eventually, but if not $ 20 bucks is a small price to pay for a great lesson learned. Again, do not order from this store.

Of course I order my food and received extremely poor customer service. So I order dominos at 7:27p and call at 8:28pm and wait for 10min before anyone picks up the phone. The online tracker says the order wasn’t even in the oven yet for an 1hr. I asked the status of my order and they told me it just got in the oven and I asked«Now really after I ordered 1hr ago» the girl said«uh yea» No apology of course. So I let her know that I would like a garlic dipping sauce added to my order and she said«um actually your order is out» so I’m like which one is it? My order is out or its there? She says well there’s no driver here so it must be out. You mean to tell me your at the store and do not know whether or not my order is out or in the oven??? I said ok and wait for the driver to call any time now. Of course 1 hour later… I’m calling again and I’m on hold for 15min and no answer the driver finally calls to tell me he’s here he pulls up in some hooptie with some rap music that is super loud. Only in east New York do you get such lack of professionalism. It’s a shame that dominos continues to make money bc of the lack of food options around here. I have a full house and that’s why I decided to order from here again but I will not make that mistake a 3rd time.

Hands down, worst ever!!! I ordered online, an hour later(which I didn’t mind the time) the driver called to tell me I need to come out to the car. He gave me a bundle of items. I noticed my sauce(which I paid for for wasn’t there, but there was some kind of bread nuggets). The driver started calling me telling me I have to pay for them. I’d already thrown the bag they came in out and thrown them in with the leftover pizza. I didn’t even want the things!!! They’ve called back three times now! Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had! Terrible pizza to boot!
