Even ordering online the store gets your order wrong. I waited for my order person call me down stairs was in front of wrong building was 1 block away. got order it was wrong. order 14 bbq wing with 3 extra bbq sauce and blue cheese and 2 pizza. Got cold regular wing with 2 sauce. Driver tried to call store coudn’t even get a answer. Wanted to just buy the pizzas couldn’t even do that. Never from this place again

I had ordered from here once before and delivery took over an hour. I thought it might be a fluke and gave it the benefit of a doubt. Boy was I wrong! I ordered from here and I didn’t receive my pizza for nearly 2 hours from when I placed it. The pizza tracker seemed to go through quickly enough but the delivery from when the app said«DELIVERY» to my house was over an hour. We tried to call the store and no one answered. We were on hold for ten minutes. I suggest never ordering from here again, and if you have a bad experience, complain to corporate. It appears like the franchise manager doesn’t have concern for the paying customers.

Placed my order an it was ready within 25 minutes to be delivered out. It then sat there for 40 minutes before someone picked it up for delivery. It then took 50 minutes for them to deliver it half a mile away. Food was cold and I was missing the sauces I ordered for my wings and breadsticks. WARNING!

Worse service ever. I ordered online and it took 2 hours before they got to me and I live on Linden, 5 minutes away. And when I try to call to find out about my order they never answered and I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up. i called again and still got no answer and I was on the phone for a extra 5 minutes before giving up and hanging up… worse worse worse Domino’s service I have ever had… if I could of give less than 1 star I would. And the food was burnt and prepared sloppy.

My card was charged for an online order and they tell me that they can not fulfill my order because my order has chicken in it! So, what does that have to do with me. I have a $ 30 order that was voided because they don’t have chicken. Then, they tell me that i HAVETOWAIT2 – 3DAYSFORTHEMONEYTOGOBACKONMYCARD! WHAT??? Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddd have an attitude about this as well… 2-They do not come upstairs. What if I was in a wheelchair or something and could not come down? They don’t care! I understand the safety issue in the neighborhood but hey, it’s your job. Just like police, nurses, EMT’s, etc take a risk when they do their jobs, a service has to be provided! You can’t tell people to come downstairs after they paid for their meal because u don’t feel like it and then look for a tip! What the hell is wrong with you? I am tired of ordering from here as well as other places. Horrible service and horrible attitudes! It’s my fault though! I can cook my butt off and because of laziness due to the fact that I work hard for my money, I am tired. I will get off my butt and cook from now on… This is a disgrace!

I’ve never had a food problem with this branch, but I ALWAYS have delivery problems. I don’t know what it is with them. I’ve ordered from here tons of times because the food is always fine, but the management is rude, the people on the phone are always rude, and they never deliver on time. On more than one occasion, I’ve called after an hour and a half of waiting to inquire about my delivery, and the staff has been nothing but rude to me, despite my attempts to remain calm. They constantly cut me off mid-sentence. The drivers make me come downstairs from my building, but as of yet I’ve never had to go into the street, so that’s a plus. This is pretty much the only time I’ve reviewed on Unilocal,but I think people should know: if you have another option(or like Papa John’s), go with the other option. I happen to really like Domino’s, and like I’ve said, the food has always been fine for me. I’m not really sure what goes on to make this Domino’s branch so much worse than others, but I really hope that it gets a major overhaul soon, so that more people can be happy. A note to management: Stop being so rude. People notice.

my experience tonight was HORRIBLE! First I waited an hour and a half for my food which was supposed to be only 45 minutes. The app said my pizza was delivered yet hadn’t arrived and when i called to inquire about it, the man on the phone was quite rude. he cut me off before i could finish my sentence and rushed me off the phone. when the pizza finally arrived, I waved to the driver to bring the food to my door and he refused twice! He then proceeds to demand a tip. when no opened my food, I was missing a sauce I paid for(this is the second consecutive time THIS has happened). On top of everything, my cheesy bread was burnt. I’m truly appalled by the service and I’m quite reluctant to order from here again.

If dry, lukewarm pizza and condescending service is your thing, look no further! Also, Papa John’s has good pizza. Management is incredibly unprofessional. This shouldn’t come as any surprise to Domino’s as with over 60 reviews this place has a one star average. Javier(the night time manager) hung up on me, after talking over me every time I spoke. I don’t like disrespect and I really don’t like two hour delivery times. Javier claimed that while my pizza had finished baking over an hour ago it would be «hot and fresh» when it eventually arrives(sometime next year). I originally called them after an hour(after being quoted 30 mins) and was told 15 minutes. I called twenty minutes later… «15 minutes» and another 20 mins later«15 minutes», which led to JAVIER hanging up on me. NOEXCUSESDOMINOS. SPENDMOREMONEYONPEOPLE, LESSONADVERTISING!!!

Disappointed. Toppings where very minimal. Delivery took too long. Specialty chicken looked as though the chef got creative and came up with his own recipe. I don’t see me ordering from them in the future. Too expensive to not receive the expected. Seeing the pics of other Unilocalers is the only reason why they receive two stars. My food at least cans intact lol.

i haven’t had domino’s in years and last night it was confirmed again why i stopped ordering. this is the 2nd time in life that i ordered a pizza and got it the damn next day!!! me and my friends ordered at about 8:30ish… we ordered for delivery and ended up heading out to pick it op at midnight the next day!!! wtf is up with dominos that you have to order 2 days in advance to get your pizza!!! are you serious?! this is: outrageous, ridiculous, and egregious when it should be delicious!!! get your game up.

I wish I was able to give negative stars. Ordered a pizza online at 7:20pm and kept the tracker up. Tracker said the pizza was out for delivery at 7:45. So I wait. At 8:55 I call for an update and explain when I ordered. The guy on the phone then tries to start a fight with me about when I actually ordered. I told him wasn’t interested in getting into an arguement and just wanted the status. He said it was out. I wait another twenty minutes. Then I get a call from the delivery guy saying he’s outside. I say great I’ll buzz you in. He then says, «no you need to come out here.» I said again I’d buzz him in. He became really rude and said, «no you are going to come down here, dominos doesn’t go up stairs.» I told him to keep the pizza. I was going to pay in cash anyway. Dominos should look at these reviews and do something, or just shut down. What a waste of retail space.

unprofessional service. I placed an order for devilry once again because i wanted to see if my local domino, improved in their delivery time., sadly, they did not! and it took over an hour an a half for it to arrive, when I only live five blocks away. when my order finally arrive, it was cold! and the delivery man forgot to bring my second Oder of spinach and fata cheese breads. he said he had to go back to the store to get it. when he came back and I went back up stairs, it was regular cheese bread and not the Spanish feta one. Also they do not deliver to the door, I had to walk to the car to get my orders. Another horrible story with this location, was when I placed my order for pick up. On their app. I knew from past experiences that they had a terribleeeeeee delivery record, so I decided it would be wise to go the store and just pick it up myself. I only ordered cheesy stuffed bread, and according to Dominos order tracker it was being baked… and baked and baked… the tracker never moved off of the baked marker. I tried calling the store to find out why is my cheese bread taking so long to «bake» but they did not answer, it just rang and rang. I was really craving cheesy bread, I got dressed and walked the 5 blocks to see if it was ready yet, after all I have been waiting for the app to tell me my order was complete and ready for pick up. when I arrived to my local domino’s, I saw how dirty the pizza making area was, I also observed one lady working there eating food on the floor, after she stuffed the last piece of food in her month, she wiped her hand on her shirt and began making pizza. furthermore, I was ignored, why, because they had to make jokes with each other and eat on the floor, that’s why. I paid with my credit card so I was told I could not get my money back on the card and that my cheese bread was ready 40 minuets ago, she was very rude as she told me this. she rolled her eyes and got loud with me. I don’t understand why this restaurant is still open

I ordered a SPINACH&FETA Artisan pizza with Cheese, Onions, Extra Spinach, Light Feta Cheese, Light Shredded Parmesan Asiago, Alfredo Pasta Sauce. What I received was baked bread, no cheese, and a few leaves of spinach sprinkled on it. This is beyond incompetent and the person who actually put this atrocity into a box to send it to a customer needs to be fired immediately. I will NEVER order from this location again. I’ve ordered many times from this location over the years and the quality of service over time just keeps getting worse in my opinion. They are literally two blocks away and still delivered my 1 hand tossed cheese pizza 2 hours late; pizza was cold and the cheese was burned. Every time I order a dipping sauce it never arrives with my food. One time they forgot to bring my lava crunch cakes. Another time they sent me a pizza with half the toppings I paid for. I figured maybe if I order the food and go pick it up it would be better. They told me the food was ready for pick up and when I got there they haven’t even begun making it! So finally I’ve decided to no longer order from this location.

Never again! I ordered my pizza, waited 2 hours for it to be delivered, and not only did the driver not want to deliver it to my door, I was asked to walk to the car. I also know for a fact my pizza sat somewhere for over an hour thanks to Domino’s pizza tracker app. My food was delivered cold and burnt. When I called to inquire about my order I could not even get anyone to answer the phone. Seriously, do not order from here ever! Update: I sent a tweet to the corporate Domino’s account and they immodestly responded, took my information and by the next day I had a refund to my credit card and a gift card in the mail for the terrible service I received. Only downside is that I would never want to order from that location again, regardless of it being free!

I ordered online last night(usually I just go to the store) and was told me food should be delivered within an hour. I saw step by step when my food was in the oven to when the deliver woman left the store. Surprisingly I received my food within the hour(Plus 2 stars). Now on to the bad part: My pizza looked like it was a burn victim. I don’t like brown /black cheese on my pizza. I takes away from the taste. Speaking of taste, their pizza still taste like cardboard. The only reason I ordered was because they put a flyer in the lobby of my building and the commercials that fool customers into believing Domino’s has created a better tasting pizza when it tastes exactly the same. I also ordered cheesy bread. I think they literally melted a glob of cheese on top of bread sticks and served it just like that. No real effort was put into the creation of the cheesy bread. Plus its extremely messy. I don’t know what those tiny little things are on the bread(and pizza) but they fall everywhere! Its extremely annoying! Overall: Will I return? I think not
