I’ve given them several tries, but they have been late every time, not known where major NYC landmark locations are and argue with you that you were not clear about the locations. I have also requested certain type vehicles in order to fit items being transported, and they fail to understand or follow directions and when they don’t understand, they just hang up. I will not use their service again.
