Doctor Gate

The gate doctor installed 3 new roll down doors for us in the meat packing in Manhattan, and they did a great installation service. The only time they could do the job was after hours, and they needed to finish before we open the store again at 9 am.
They did it! Started at 10 the night before; worked all night, and the next morning we had new gates installed. I can’t thank them enough, for installing the roll down gates without interrupting our store hours.

Helped us from A to Z with installing new roll up gates in Williamsburg. Jacob was very helpful, and he did not rush us in any way. He was honest from the beginning, and told us that the best thing for us (in terms of long time investment) is to remove the old gates, remove the motors, an to install new gates. Or we will have problems this winter. We took Jacob’s advice, and a replaced the gates. And that was the best decision of 2015. The new gates makes life so so much easier.

Helped us get our store closed, and they are local so they could come in a short notice. They could fix it with no parts, and bring the gate back into tracks, and helped us close the store. For that they earn 5 stars.
What bothered us was the they quote the repair 250 $, and when they invoiced us they added the tax. I think they should make it clear in advance.
I feel bad not to give the, 5 stars, since they did a good job, but I believe that if we all be honest with our reviews, we will all benefit.
If I will ever need gate repair, I will not hesitate to hire doctor gate again.

Quick service when you need it. We were trying to open our garage on Monday morning, and there was no power in the building. We need someone who can service a roll up gate in Brooklyn ASAP. We tried several companies, and Doctor Gate was the only company who said that someone will be the in 45 minutes to.
Their technician arrived, and I must say, he really got us out of our sleepiness… He immediately took the tool boxes out of the car, climbed the lather, and opened the steel cover of the gate. From there he pulled a chain, and opened the gate. The whole thing took him 5 minutes, and another 15 minutes to teach us how to do it ;)
Very quick and very professional. We paid 100 $ for the arriving, the repair and the explanation. Not a bad deal at all, considering that all our team was waiting for him to open the front gate and allow us to start our day.

They were there when I needed them and more than once. There is nothing worst than when your roll up door is not opening when you need it the most. We used their services for our wireless stores we own, and they helped us with one of our stuck rollong door in Bay Ridge, and they even fixed one of our store front gate in the Bronx. And both were done at the same day.
I know that I will use them in the future, since their service was quick and efficient.
One of their roll up door technicians is a really funny, and very professional. You will k ow what I mean when you will meet him.
