Daniel & Jimmy did a thorough diagnostic call to my house in Brooklyn, figured out the problems in my (previously partially installed) network, and then returned the next day with Ariel and spent hours wiring, testing, and getting it all up and running. Very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. And when at the last minute I hit them with another problem their attitude was «No problem!» and they fixed it. Great experience.

DNA Tech is fantastic. Daniel removed a virus from my computer and was able to save my files in a couple of hours. He also fixed the sleep/​wake button on my iPhone for a lot less than Apple charged.
I find DNA Tech very accommodating. I am not very tech savvy and Daniel did not make me feel stupid.
I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Finally, a technical support expert who knows how to relate to someone who is not able to fix her own tech problems. Daniel listened to my issues and proceeded to get all my devices working together, as they never have before. He explained what he was doing as he went along and made suggestions for avoiding problems in the future. I highly recommend them!

DNA Tech does great work. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with. They do not speak in «tech-​ese»; they grasp what your tech need is, figure out what needs to be done, and then get it done. I have used them for both personal (screen repair) and business functions (guidance/​implementation of cloud-​based software applications), and have been pleased with both. Also, I love it that I can spend my money on these things with a small, local business, and interact with real people (who are extremely nice, to boot) rather than some anonymous «big box» tech shop. I highly recommend them, and wish them every success!
