Delz bed and breakfast was exactly what we were looking for. It was inexpensive, yet comfortable. My sister, daughter and I felt like we had our own apartment for the weekend. The subway is just four blocks from the location into Manhattan. We were a 20 minute drive to Coney Island. We even chose to stay an additional night. The staff was on point and very helpful. Being a self-contained B&B, there was a variety of food. We will definitely choose Delz again, the next time we come to the city.

We stayed at Delz for two nights, and we loved it. THISISNOT A HOTEL; ITIS A BEDANDBREAKFAST! if you’re not sure the difference you should do your research. Delz was very homey, nice and quiet, the rooms are neat and clean, the beds were more comfortable than hotel beds usually are, and privacy is respected. Gloria took amazing care of us! She makes the stay more like home! We are definitely going back to Brooklyn and this is the perfect place to stay. If you want your sheets changed every day and fresh towels and room service, this is NOT the place for you. But if you like the feeling of a home away from home and you’re in Brooklyn, this is the place!

This is NOT a 5 Star hotel, but a very nice bed & breakfast. While a little hard to find(next door and above a daycare) it is only about 6 blocks from the end of the«L» train subway. We were spending 2.5 days in New York before hopping on a cruise and Gloria helped us make the most of our time. In our room(s) there was a queen bed and another bed in an ante room. Bathroom was shared with one other guest(she also had 2 beds). We had taken a taxi from JFK($ 15+tip), but Gloria got us all set up on the subway. We bought a 7 day Metro pass($ 29ea. but less hassle, unlimited rides on busses & subway). Breakfast was fix-it yourself from a well stocked refrigerator and pantry. She stopped by again that night(she lives 2 doors down) and helped us plan the next day. We had a GREAT time.
