I just had an absolutely awful experience with this florist. My mom called from Seattle and paid almost $ 100 for a bouquet and had them sent to me post-surgery. They arrived dying, wrapped completely in plastic, and without any water. Please see the accompanying photos. I can’t believe this florist is still in business. My mom chose this florist because of positive Google reviews(which are now obviously fabricated).

I used this company to deliver flowers to my aunt in Brooklyn. She was very happy with the basket they delivered to her. I needed to get some flowers delivered the same day. My problem was that I had forgotten to send my aunt anything for her birthday and I needed same day delivery on a flower arrangement to her in Brooklyn. I called and spoke to a man named Allen who was very helpful to me. My Aunt’s favorite color is purple. I told Allen what I was looking for and he included beautiful flowers to match the color I wanted. He included lilies, purple lisianthus, lavender freesia, some white roses and much more that I don’t recall. My aunt called me up crying she was so happy that I remembered her birthday. She said«Thank you for the fantastic flowers». She must have liked them :) What I felt great about was this was a last minute thing for me. Even though I called up just after noon, he was still able to get the flowers delivered that day for her birthday. It made my Jewish aunt very happy to have the blooms brought to her door. A week later my aunt told me she still had the flowers and the blooms were beautiful. I wish I had a picture so I could see them, but she is not good with things like cameras and uploading photos. So I have to take my aunt’s word for how good they look. I am glad I picked Crown Heights for flower delivery. I don’t need flowers in Brooklyn often, but I plan to use them again next year.

DONOTCOMEHERE. PLEASE. I came here for 2 fruit baskets and I was charged 65 bucks each for the UGLIEST, CHEAPEST, DYING flowers. I paid a deposit of $ 100 and it was the biggest mistake. I should have asked to see a sample of the product first before I paid a deposit. I told him I cannot accept these. The amount that I’m paying is not the quality and value that I’m getting. I told him I will only take these for a $ 100. He gave me a snobby attitude and said give me the additional $ 30. You cannot get a fruit basket for cheaper than $ 65 anywhere. I went next door to buy it and arranged it already. There are no exceptions or refund. Excuse me, the fruits that you purchased to put in there cost $ 10 at most. The dying flowers you gave me weren’t even worth $ 1. I paid $ 130 for the ugliest fruit basket ever. I couldn’t even give the fruit baskets away because it would be an embarrassment to do so. So I beg anyone whos thinking about coming here for flowers, NOTTO!!! PLEASE !!! I got tricked by the lying google reviews. I don’t want you to get tricked from it!!!

As one of the last truly Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Crown Heights can often feel austere at times, even with its trees and bakeries. So on a sunny Sunday, I went into this flower shop on a whim to pick up a few pops of color for a brunch. The man behind the counter greeted me warmly and asked me what my budget was, and I told him«between $ 5 and $ 10»(my default budget for whims). He took about fifteen minutes to put together a bouquet with about 5 stems, which came out to exactly $ 10. He then took another 10 minutes to wrap it in a tidy ribbon and staple a nutrition packet to the stems. And then another 5 to find me change for a $ 20. I felt like I’d just stepped into a Mr. Bean skit. The sum of this little story problem? Two stars. I’m happy with my little bouquet and the service, and if I ever needed flowers delivered in this ‘hood, it’s nice to know they deliver for free. But I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to shop here again.

PS — It’s three days later and all of the flowers are now wilted. Fresh? I think not. My review would be completely different if this arrangement cost $ 60 less. I’m simply confounded by the good reviews of this place on Google. I think this place is putting fake reviews up. And the pictures are clearly stock pictures and not actual pictures of stuff they’ve made. Annoying!
