Never had a tattoo done here, but I did get a piercing. If you are going to go here, stay away, not because the piercing was horrible but because they are very very rude and totally not helpful. The girl who works here, Kristen, is not helpful and had a really bad attitude. I asked what should I do since my ear began to swell, her response «not my problem». I then went to the guy who piercing, he was more helpful, but because of how she belittled and decided to berate me, the whole experience turned me off to ever go there again in the near future, which I though I would. If she was gone or if her attitude improve the place would be much better.

Came here after a shop who I will not name was trying to charge me $ 300 for a 5 work phrase in a type writer font which was outrageous. I’m no bargain hunter when comes to tats but that was overpriced by a mile especially for 10 min of work. I would have understand it it was old English font or if it was Santoro at Smith Street doing the tat.
Came in as a walk-in and Bobby did my tat. He quoted me 80 – 100. Told him I’ll pay the 100 and tipped 20 on top. Always tip your artist. Looked at his portfolio and decided this will be my knew shop/artist and discussed my next piece which would be a traditional Japanese tat
This shop passed with flying colors for me.

Very nice shop. I came in at 11 (they close at 12) and asked for an image I had in mind on my forearm. Denis and Esko took care of me start to finish. For my first tattoo, I had a great experience and woul definitely come again.

Did my first tattoo here, several years ago. The guy kept getting interrupted by other patrons, he kept going over the same area. While doing the tatt, he told me he has no tatts himself. (that should have been my red flag) Now the skin is raised on the area. Also areas of ink are missing, luckily this tattoo is on my upper thigh, nobody else sees it. Disappointed, will never recommend, never see anyone in the shop whenever I pass.
