Cortelyou Early Childhood Center Inc

Our daughter has been a student for the past year and we are very pleased with the school. The teachers have been very caring and attentive. We are always confident that she is in a safe and caring environment. Our daughter loves school and we are delighted to see that she has learned so many new things. She is excited to go to school in the morning and she comes home happy. I love to see that the other students are kind and caring toward each other, at school and when we run into them at the playground or local stores. I believe this is due to the example the teachers and administrators set, as well as the values they teach at school.

I want to review the summer day camp. My children have been going to Cortelyou every summer since kindergarten (they are in 6^th grade). This is one of the least expensive camps I have found (and I have researched and researched) and each year they evolve and grow for the better. A lot of kids go there, I am not good at estimating but i know its hmm over 500?, all the counselors know me and my kids by name and so do the administrators. One year my daughter broke her leg at the very beginning of camp, the staff worked with me, gave me a full refund and inquired often about her well being. My kids have been exposed to so many different skills and sports. I think this camp is great, and it is worth the price, actually they could easily charge so much more for what they offer.
