Outrageously expensive ice cream. Ordered butter pecan. Guess what? NOPECANS in butter pecan ice cream, not one.

Always had a great experience here. My ice cream was always like I asked and the tables are always clean.

I am a bona fide ice cream, fro yo, and frozen custard addict and conoisseur(sp?)! I’ve been to some great ‘mom and pop’ ice cream and similar specialty spots in Northeast Ohio(and other states, countries, planets, etc.) over the years, but never tried CSC. Finally, I got up the gumption to visit one of these joints since I had a 25 dollar gift card I found lodged between my couch cushions. I was not impressed! Their ice cream was indeed creamy, in fact, a bit too much, and I got the impression I was eating some kind of frozen dessert, but not the ice cream i’m used to! Maybe it has something to do with all that butterfat content, I don’t know. Don’t get me wrong– the ice cream is delicious, but it’s just not nearly the best i’ve had. Would I come back again, considering all the other superior choices in NE Ohio? Only if I had a gift card I didn’t want to go to waste.

I’ve had ice cream and ice cream cakes from Cold Stone Creamery several times. It’s time for my review. On every trip, the service was quick and friendly. Likewise, the ice cream was awesome. They have a lot of flavors of premium ice cream. It’s sooo good! In addition to the splendid ice cream, what has really kept me coming back are the ice cream cakes. Since my sister-in-law bought two Cold Stone Creamery cakes in San Juan last year, I have been hooked. I’ve been trying various kinds of ice cream cakes and every one of them has been terrific. The one I want to try next is the coffee caramel. Can’t wait!

Went in to buy a cookie dough cake. They wrote the wrong message on my cake. I gave them a $ 3.00 off coupon and they ADDED $ 3.00 instead. When I got the cake home, it was Oreo on the inside instead of cookie dough. No wonder the place was empty.

Hands down my favorite place of this previous summer to eat ice cream! Awesome concepts and flavors. The coffee is my personal favorite. My daughter loves the cake batter ice cream. If you have not been to a Cold Stone Creamery near you, well, you are not living

Definetly a fine ice cream chain. The massive amounts of toppings that you can get mixed in with their heavy-cream based signature ice cream makes for one of the best ice cream experiences in Cleveland.

Where’s the Marble Slabs in Cleveland? Usually there’s one right across the street from a Cold Stone. No matter — there are plenty of homemade joints in Cleveland that blow both of those places out the water. I mean seriously… why do you need this place. Plus come on … it tastes like wax. Do yourself a favor and go to Honey Hut — it’s not far away.
