I dropped off my clothes was told it would be ready next day go back next day clothes was not done the last time I dropped off clothes they lost half my clothes

They never answer the phone when you call– it goes to a fax machine every time. For a 24hr establishment, this is unacceptable. When I drop off my clothes, they come back clean, but they’ve destroyed two mats and lost several articles of my clothing. I suggest you do your own laundry and make sure you bring small bills.

Came in to drop off laundry. The attendant had a woman’s head in her lap popping her pimples I think. They shot up and asked what I needed while laughing. I told them I had a fire and needed my clothes washed twice to get the smoke out. She was either so drunk or so high that she asked me two more times what I wanted an needed. I told the crack head never mind and hauled my clothes back home. I never do Unilocal reviews but this shit was BAD I’m also calling (if I can find a number.) I’m totally disgusted and feel bad for the people who have to patronize this business

The place is dirty. Washers only have one cycle and don’t clean well. Dryers are set so low you have to dry your clothes for two hours to get them dry. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. You have to leave a deposit for a card to use their machine. They don’t have any change so you need to bring change if you don’t want to put a large sum of money on the card. If you want your deposit back for the card good luck with that. I ended up cutting the card in half and throwing it in the trash because I will never return here. Last time here the man sweeping the floor told me I had to stop taking my clothes out of the dryer and wait for him to sweep. After finishing sweeping he went over by the TV and watched Beyonce music videos for the rest of the time I was there. He couldn’t have waited for the customer to remove their clothing from the dryer before sweeping? Watching music videos was more important than the customer removing their clothing from the dryer???
AVOID THIS PLACE! There are nicer places a block away on Schenectady Ave and a few blocks away on St Johns Ave and Atlantic Ave.
