I came here about a year ago when I was working in the area, and fell in love with the clearance table (this was in May, at the end of the spring/​beginning of the summer season). They had an amazing pair of Prada dress shoes on sale for almost half price (at almost $ 350 for half off, you know that these were very nice shoes). It was my first pair of Prada shoes, and the store delivered a great savings. You have to shop wisely here, but this store obviously knows what it’s offerings are and knows how to deliver.

Let me say first that I have never been to the actual shop in Brooklyn. I ordered a pair of sandals from Chuckies online through Farfetch. When they arrived, the shoe box was almost destroyed, edges falling apart, but wrapped up with a Chuckie’s bow. «Put a bow on it,» I guess. The shoes were in very poor USED condition. The bottoms were scratched and dented, the leather was worn, The clear acrylic parts were dirty and foggy, and the glue holding the elastic on was cracked. I am appalled. I took them out, took photos, boxed them up, and slapped a return label on them.

Behind every successful woman… is a pair of fabulous, designer shoes.
Chuckies is filled with designer handbags and shoes, and a bunch of women knowledgable about everything FASHION. Not a big selection, but it is a great selection. Plus for you if you speak Russian.
Store is very well organized and looks like it belongs on 5th ave. Pricey, but thats what designer is.
Basically, you can’t buy happiness, but you can buy shoes, and shoes are basically the source of my happiness.
