Too hungover to make this as lengthy as I want, so I’ll keep it short: ordered some food from here via Postmates and upon delivery, my friend’s veggie burrito is SOAKED in bean juice on the outside(pro tip: drain your beans). Also, halfway through my burrito, I see these clear piece of something hiding inside of it. When I pull it out, I see that it’s this long piece of plastic hiding inside the burrito(thanks for the choking hazard). Never again.

Hadn’t been here in ages but was craving a gut-stuffing burrito bowl so popped in. The wait was pretty painful although there wasn’t really an out– of-control line. More like slow– moving employees and idiot customers who didn’t know how to order(really? In this day and age?). When i finally got up to place my order, an employee was replenishing the chicken and spilled hot water all over the serving area. Still went ahead and made my order and the food was still good and satisfying. Even with my service complaints i’d come back because it satisfies a very specific craving for under $ 10

I’m going to leave out all emotion and opinions and just give a play by play of my visit here. I’m the first in line and it still takes awhile for my taco to even get started on cause they’re all over the place. The first person passes off my order to a second person who proceeds to make two tacos in a burrito bowl for some reason. Skips the rice and beans and just starts putting chicken. «Excuse me. Why is it just 2 tacos?» «You want more than 2?» «Well. Yeah. It’s normally 3 isn’t it?» Proceeds to angrily slam down the toaster on my third taco. Sloppily finishes the first half of my taco then stops to laugh with and talk to coworker. Waiting ensues. Comes back and sloppily finishes my sloppy tacos. Then leaves. Cashier rings me up. «Why were my tacos put in a burrito bowl if there’s still foil left?» *Shrugs indifferently* The cashier asks for a lid for my burrito bowl tacos. Girl she was talking to was fooling around with other employee. Cashier goes over to get in on the fun too. More waiting ensues for the tacos I already paid for. I stand there and say to myself«what the fuck is going on?» As I think about the life choices I made that led me to this Chipotle. Finally packs up my taco and gives it to me like I’m an annoyance. I decide to never come to this Chipotle ever again.

Loveee this chipotle. It’s pretty small, compared to the ones in the city but the staff is pretty nice. Can be a little crowded at certain times of the day but overall pretty good place.

Bottom line with this Chipotle is that its way too small and the staff is at times rude. There are no individual tables and lines are long given its store size. In the neighborhood, I much prefer the Montague St or even Metrotech stores over this one. The food is consistent with other Chipotle stores. I have experienced crappy customer service at this location. One time, they were out of forks and I politely told them they were out. I waited literally 5 minutes and told them again(it was lunchtime and my food was getting cold). The girl at the register screamed back hold on and wait. Finally someone refilled the forks which took all of 10 seconds. This is an example of crappy customer service.

Chipotle is one of the very few«fast food» chains I’ll still eat at in 2016. The meat here is fresh as there’s a high turn over especially during lunch. The portion size is appropriate for the price. $ 9 for a burrito however good luck trying to finish it, you will be stuffed. This location is clean, the staff is friendly and it’s usually less crowded than the other 2 in the area(Montague and MetroTech). For lighter fare try the tacos with your choice of chicken, beef, pork or tofu. Though they’re owned by McDonald’s, their non-gmo produce and pledge to source local ingredients still wins me over to this day.

Would give 0 stars if able. Placed online order at noon for 1pm pickup. Arrived at 1:10 to pick up order and order was not ready. Was told they would begin making our order. Watched as they continued taking orders from those standing on line. Asked how long it would be before we would get our order that was supposed to be ready at 1pm. Got no answer, then was told by the man making food that it didn’t matter how much we complained that we wouldn’t be getting our food until they finished with people standing on line. Canceled order and went elsewhere to have our 30 minute lunch. What’s the point of placing an order online and selecting a pick up time when you still need to wait on line to get your food? Will not be back. Rude employees and poor service.

Food was good — typical over abundance of rice in your veggie bowl, and stingy helping of veggies. But if you ask for more, they will give it to you without batting an eye. I hate how employees act like they are losing their personal money by giving you extra food. This location is pretty small; I was surprised by the minimal/lack of seating. One high table/high chairs, and one regular table/seating. There weren’t any individual tables, like two or four seaters. Not a big deal, but I have never seen that in all the other Chipotles I’ve visited. We came around 6:40−7pm, and initially there wasn’t a line, only three people in front of us. There were two people working, but they were working kind of slowly. Very quickly, more people came(dinner rush?), and a line began to form. Two other employees were on their break having dinner. Luckily, they sped up, calling for more help, and soon everyone was hauling! They guy taking orders was moving so fast, the girl putting the toppings couldn’t keep up! Bathroom was pretty clean, there was liquid soap in the dispensers, and paper towels were plentiful. The faucet was weird though; the only way to turn it on was to slide it to the right, but by doing that, not only did the water turn on, it came out scalding! So you have to hurriedly wash your hands before getting burned. The place looked clean. Tables weer free of garbage, as were the floors. Overall, a good experience!

Very bad experience today at this location. I spend at least $ 25 a week here, today was terrible. They were out of cheese, a wait for rice, fajita onions, stale chips, etc. The place was dirty with empty containers all over the counters. They were under staffed with what looked like a manager in the back room who would not show his face. Very un happy experience in a establishment that gets majority of my weekly lunch money. Last but not least, small portions I believe due to the fact they were waiting on everything! Shame on this location! I tried once again to give this restaurants another chance, but they failed again. I’m truly done with chipotle and will never spend my money here again. I went again in Thursday and was greeted by a woman who seemed to be having a bad day, I ask for a bowl which I alway get with chicken. The portion was small and when asked if I can get the proper portion of chicken she gave me attitude. I spent hundreds if not thousands in chipotle and have been in this particular store many times, but they are not able to keep employees long enough for you to establish a relationship with anyone. It’s unfortunate that is has come to this, because I have them many opportunities to get it right by leaving a few reviews in the past couple of weeks. I’m sure that they are having the same problems trying to keep management in place as they are keeping employees. I will give my future business to an establishment that appreciates it customers.

This Chipotle great not like others. The portions they give are good. The seating space is good. Almost every time I go I get a seat, since there is a second floor. Lines are good enough to wait on line.

This place never disappoints. how can you hate chipotle? its the best food you can get at the price point. I highly recommend getting a chicken burrito bowl with tortillas on the side and wrapping it yourself as to maximize your overall food intake. The prices are moderate at around 10 dollars per burrito. it is also very healthy should you opt to eat brown rice over white rice and not include sour cream or cheese. The service is always very accommodating and this specific location has been known for giving larger over flowing scoops of meat. This location is also very nice. Highly recommend.

Does the job for a meal. I like to get the bowl(no rice or beans) with peppers. Add double meat and all your sides. If you don’t order guac its like 9 bucks out the door. Cheap price for a nyc meal. I hate all the rice and beans because they make you feel too stuft.

Never had Chipotle ever and this is my first place I tried it. I was not disappointed. Friendly people work here and they make hearty burritos in a ‘holy crap I can’t breath too much burrito-help, I died and went to heaven’ kind of way. Nice seating area arrangement too.

This Chipotle is ALWAYS so painfully slow and usually out of something on the line. Only go here for convenience, but always a headache.

I like this location, clean and fast. The only down side is its tiny so when it’s busy it feels stuffy and the seating is limited and fills up fast. Usually I get it to go, tastes just as good!

I had the pleasure of visiting this location a few days ago. It’s relatively small juxtaposed to the Montague street location. There were a couple of nuances that I’ve noticed while I was here. The foil wraps were too small for the tortilla, so yes they most likely will be touching the counter. Make sure that you let the workers making the burrito know that you aren’t interested in your food possibly touching the counter. They were also out of fajita vegetables. I hadn’t had Chipotle in a year and a half. I love the taste of the burrito but I do not miss it. As I can recall last year, a barbacoa burrito was $ 9. The price at the moment is now $ 9.75. That’s quite a hike in prices. When I had my first burrito, I had the pleasure of eating the party sized burrito which instantly made me full. I do not get full from eating a burrito. Usually when I buy a plate of food at around $ 10, I can save some from it, but you can’t with Chipotle for obvious reasons. I understand that the price for the burrito will continue increasing and I do not see the point in paying so much for something that I can make quite easily in my house. I’m not here to go off on a wild tangent but… I still like the food and I from time to time, if I’m feeling like it, I’ll stop by Chipotle.

The fact that they are very cheap with the meat portion is what makes me give them 4 starts instead of 5. Love chipotle. I had it for the first time last year and it’s great food.

The food here was sooooo good. It was actually better than any place ive been to in manhattan. The portions were generous, the process was so quick and the filling factor was at an all time high. Me and my friend enjoyed the food here, as well as their service. Next time we find our way on this side of brooklyn we’re going to eat here. I might even purchase too burritos(greedy i know. But sooo good). Dont doubt this place its so good. Side note: even though this location is fairly smaller than others, finding seating is hard. People eat, get up leave, or are willing to share a space.

I’ve got to say, I’m a huge fan of Chipotle. They always give really great portion sizes for their prices and have so many options for toppings. I’ve never been disappointed here. If anything, I wish they had more seating available.

I’ve been to many Chipotle around town, and this one hands down is the best one. They stuff the burritos more than the others, service is friendly and taste is well Chipotle. The service is the slowest, I’ve been so I’m knocking a star off for that.
