Buyer beware. We did not have a good experience with this company — the cleaning service was at best MEH. But here is the real catch — we had to call repeatedly to chase down the return of our rug. We were promised three different times we would get our rug and we finally did. Our original expectation was to have one spot cleaned and they advertise that they can do it onsite. Of course when the technician arrive he strongly recommended that they take it off site. With some reluctance we agreed — we trusted them. But the real reason he wanted to take it offsite would be realized later. They take your credit card information on a form that also asks for your address and other pertinent info like your CRV on your card. Needless to say when going online to pay our monthly bills, I noticed a mystery charge for almost $ 400 on our card. Clearly our card number was fraudulently used. I know this for certain because the card we paid with is kept in a file at home and used once per year to «exercise» it so it does not close. So NOONE but this company had access. Our credit card company credited the charge but I did my research and traced that someone ordered something and managed to get the address where the fool sent the goods. Needless to say, whichever employee stole the number will be found out shortly. They sent the goods to a personal residence address in upstate NY. Fool. The manager of the company, David, after a few messages I left for him was eventually and conveniently out of town and the dispatcher, Courtney, who promised to call back with follow up info requested never called us back. In all fairness she may have been advised not to under the circumstances. She is not a relative in the business. SO, watch out for these tools, they will clean more than your rug — and not well to boot.
