Martin got me into an apartment quick and with very little hassle. He traveled to my job in Manhattan to fill out paperwork, making it very easy.
There was a discrepancy between the advertised price and ultimately what the landlord wanted — but Martin did his best to work with me.

What a terrible real estate agent. I tried to contact him about an ad he posted on craigslist, almost everyday for a week. After no answer or response, i gave up and continued my search. 2 weeks later i get a Cold Call from «martin», asking if i wanted to see the place. He refused to meet me at the apartment, and insisted on meeting at his office. Upon getting to his office i noticed how run down and messy it was. I went in and asked if we could see the spot. He treated me very disrespectfully and refused to show me the place, unless i signed an application. I said fine, just let me see what I’m signing first. He said no, accused me of «playing games» and kicked me out of his office.
AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS!!! He is racist, sexist, and unless you’re Jewish he probably doesnt respect you as a human being!
