I don’t know a whole lot about this building, because it’s quite large and I haven’t had cause to explore the whole thing yet. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms relatively functional and clean (by Brooklyn College standards, anyway).
I will tell you this; the elevator is one of the SLOWEST elevators I’ve encountered in my LIFE. Factor in fifteen minutes of waiting for the elevator if you have an important appointment.

This place must have been useful at one point in time, no longer. I swear that for a school that should have a vibrant collegiate community there is nothing. It feels like a second high school for Midwood kids stapled to a Yeshiva and masjid jmi‘. I love the diversity of the place but the sects within the school are so isolated. It is quite a shame that this is the case, as I would love to get to know more people from these other walks of life.
