Brooklyn Bed Bug Exterminator

Just talked to James, and true to form as the other reviews… he was very good. Professional, well informed, not pushy, not a know-it-all,…solid so far as I can tell.
You know someone is on the better side of things when they advocated you waiting a few days/​week with a minor 1^st sighting/​complaint of what you may think are bedbugs.
I have no idea why he doesn’t have more reviews, perhaps just doesn’t ask for them, but I was very impressed with the call.
We discussed options of alternative issues… like it could be book lice (google them, they look exact at nymph stage)…so that was good to know. All we have is my wife got 6 bites, and me none… and we found nymph like see through bugs .5 –1mm under the bed.
Anyway, Im leaving a great pre-​review just based on customer service. I hope not to use him, but if forced to… def will.

We had him come in for an inspection this morning and he was SO thorough, super on time (early :D), professional, and knowledgeable. The inspection has a 30-​day guarantee, so that if we have any bites within those 30 days and/​or spot bed bugs, he’ll check out the place again. Hopefully we will not have to use their services for bed bug eradication, but we if do, it’s good to know we’re in good hands. Absolutely recommend! Call them, explain your problem, and have them come in for an inspection unless you’re sure you have bed bugs. Excellent service. Worth the price of inspection.

This guy James represents the company and is really the person you want to talk to about bed bugs. I have not used his service but his ability to be compassionate and understanding is a huge plus. Completely open and honest and will not just take your money.

What more can i say? They got rid of my bed bugs and did it with a smile!
Let me first off by admitting something embarrassing i found out i had bed bugs and i had no idea what to do. I spent hours researching all over the internet, getting prices and sales pitches all over the place.
Then i called this place and a wonderful voice answered the phone. He explained everything will be okay, that they’re just bugs and they can get rid of them for me. He gave me a price and was not high pressure (which i hate!) he gave me my options and convinced me to have someone come over for an inspection.
After all said and done, they charged my a bit less than some other companies but it didnt come cheap. I always like to get what i pay for and this company really took care of me. I had a few follow up questions weeks after and they always picked up and reassured me things would be alright.
I am happy to say 6 months later after the first treatment, i have not seen any bed bugs or gotten any bed bug bites. Thank you so much for getting rid of this problem for me. I owe you the world!

i want to start by saying these r the best bed bug exterminator ever, i took a chance and i called last nite@10:30pm and the owner answered the phone, his name is joe, i told him i had a problem in my mothers apt he took his time and explained the process to me, i felt as if i knew him for a long time, i told him i will get back to him first thing in the morning 8.9.2013,by 12 noon his son by the name of james was already in my mothers apt taking care of the problem, he even helped bag up some stuff and throw away, u have no idea how happy i feel now, if u need a bed bug exterminator please dont hesitate to call, please im serious, u will not be dissapointed, im talking about they did an outstanding job, sincerly marisel
