Bove Real Estate

I was looking for an apartment and decided to give them a call to see if they had anything available. I was immediately told (in a very RUDE fashion) that yes they may have some apartments but I need to fill out an application first, provide them with pay stubs etc. before they can even tell me anything. I said I was not ready to fill out a full-​blown application and wanted them to give me an example of 2 – 3 apartments that are available for rent first (of course I did not inquire about seeing anything in person, just simply say yes we have this 1bd apartment available here for that price, here for that etc.). She said they don’t want people WASTE THEIR TIME, so I need to fill out the application first and give them my pay stubs before they can talk to me… Wow.
Well, I’m sorry to potentially be a waste of your time. I was really looking to work with you, but because you are rude and not helpful from the get go, you lost a potential client.

Messed up on my taxes causing me to be hit with penalties a year later. Two years of being jerked around and trying to «fix» his mistake and him ignoring phone calls and emails. More thorough review to follow.

Pleasant experience with Bove. I walked in off the street a couple of weeks ago looking for a one bedroom apartment for me and my 6 birds. The staff were very nice and they took my information. I didn’t have any expectations for a phone call back because that had been my experience with real estate agencies for the most part, but within a couple of days I received a call from Carla who said she had a place for me to look at. While it didn’t work out for me in the end, she has been in contact with me here and there letting me know if she has something for me. I appreciate that even though she didn’t have much to show me, she remained courteous and professional.

When it comes to taxes, Al is the man! His experience and decorum are unparalleled, and his work ethic is second to none! I recommend anyone and everyone to go see him if you want your taxes done right!
