Came here to dye my hair. Service was great. I wanted to do ombré and even paid extra $ 100 for this and didn’t get it. I still like the result, but that is not what I wanted. That’s why 4 star. Service was like for $ 1000000. Natural expensive products. My hair look and feels so great and so soft and healthy. I feel hugest difference when I wash my hair. It feels like I had never dyed them. Albina best of the best very highly recommended.

I came to beauty couture for two occasions — the first was for a facial in preparation for my sister’s wedding, and the second was for the day-of makeup application/up-do for my sister’s wedding. Facial — The facialist is super professional and knows exactly what your skin needs(which comes from her many years of training and experience). She was super informed about different skin conditions and how to treat them. Best of all, the facial was super relaxing and cleansing. Makeup/Up-Do — Albina does an AMAZING job with airbrush makeup, and making sure that your personal style shines through. The hair was great, and all of us(me, my sister — the bride, my mother and my niece) looked completely fabulous for the wedding. Best of all, the style and makeup lasted all day, even though the wedding took place on the hottest day of summer. THANKSALBINA!

I thought I was on the brink of a wedding catastrophe. I found the website when I need to find me hair and make-up. She was very professional and found a spot for me. I did my hair and make up trial and it was reasonably priced. I thought I knew what I wanted for hair and she took the initiative to show me an alternative. It was absolutely beautiful. I fell in love. I’ve been to many salons and instead of welcoming and comforting me, I’ve been criticized about my hair being too thin or having breakage, or the variety of color. I was quite nervous that I was going to have another dreadful salon experience. Not once did she mention any of my flaws, and made me feel comfortable. Albina has wonderful people skills. She was working with another girl with hair color. The girl was not happy and immediately did anything and everything to satisfy the client. I was impressed. She does make-up! And airbrush nonetheless It was great. She paused several times to make sure that I was satisfied. I fell in love with the process. She also has accessories to make the hair do so special. At then of it all I heard the nicest compliment, I had good skin. I am going back for a facial and probably for other hair services. The quality is there and so worth the price.

I purchased a Groupon last minute to get my make up done for my 25th Birthday on May 2nd, 2015. $ 49 for an airbrush make-up application($ 130 value). Shall we? — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – + Scheduling was easy. + The woman who did my make up was courteous. — When I first walked it, it was like an alien came through the door [colored girl problems] — If you’re bringing your kids to the salon, no matter how empty — they don’t need to be running around in the place or have their stuff spread out on the only couch in the salon. — The receptionist told me over the phone that lashes would be included. I’d assume so since the service price is $ 130. — The make up artist started to tell me that the lashes were included when i asked again [sitting in the chair] but the receptionist chimed in «NOEXTRA $ 10!» + For a $ 130 make up service — it’s ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS that lashes weren’t included. But I honestly think that they were trying to make more $ off of me since one minute it was«yes, included!» and the next«extra!» — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - The Make-up: Professional? more like AMATEUR. + I don’t think they know how to do make up on colored skin, and I’m completely serious about that. When i left and saw my face in sunlight — I couldn’t have looked more dark and drab — and I’m not super tan to begin with. + i showed her multiple pictures of how I wanted my make up to look and I didn’t receive the look I wanted — WHICH I COULD’VEDONEMYSELF. + the airbrush was nice but it didn’t last 24 hours, or 16 hours, or even 12 hours. I’m not a newbie when it comes to professional makeup and maintenance. + they use a variety of products — both low quality and high quality. + I wanted contouring and the woman clearly didn’t know how to do it. + gave her a good tip based on the original service price. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — OVERALL: + I left VERYDISAPPOINTED and though I could’ve said something for them to fix it — I knew it would be a complete hassle and just stress me out. I just wanted to leave ASAP. I wasn’t happy with how my makeup looked and I could’ve done a way better job. Would i go again? NO. Would i go again with a Groupon? NO. Would i go there for any other service besides makeup? NO. Would i recommend this salon to my many friends and family members? NO.

If there would be 10 stars i would put 10!!! saying that i love this salon is really an understatement. IMOBSESSED with this place and with Albina. This year alone, i had three weddings and each time Albina created something new and different. Each time i looked amazing. When my husband proposed the first person i called was Albina, without even knowing the date i booked her. I did highlights prior to the wedding and they came out amazing… i don’t want to sound too full of myself, but on my wedding i had the best make up and hair EVER. Mind you i never went for my hair trial, because i was not sure what exactly i want, but i wasn’t worried. I trust her 100% and the result was amazing. Albina gladly offered me the salon for the entire morning for me and my bridal party, although i never asked, she made sure that no other people were in the salon until we left. The staff helped us with coffee, tea, champagne and food. I love the care and warmth that comes along in this salon. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. I would never ever go anywhere else. I LOVELOVELOVETHISSALON and i highly recommend it to everyone. The salon is perfect for any occasion. The staff will greet with the smile, provide excellent service and wont over charge you.

The owner is one of the most knowledgable colorists I know, and not only that. great with long hair. My soon to be long locks love her… she listens to what you want(not like some«I-know-better-than-you» professionals) and delivers it. If she can’t do it, meaning, it is physically impossible… she will let you know, in a professional manner. Prompt with appointments. Professional attitude. Highly recommend this place.

If I could give a zero I would. I got a groupon deal for this place. I called to set up an appointment, they said they were booked for the weekend. Today(saturday) I was in the area and decided to call to see if there was an opening. The girl on the phone answered that I could come in. After driving to the location. I was greeted by the hairstylist. I presented the groupon. Another stylist basically kicked me out stating that they don’t accept groupons on the weekends. Nowhere on the groupon does it state that you could only use monday — friday. I wasn’t told this information over the phone either. When there is an empty chair and a paying customer what business sense does it make to kick out the patron. I WILLNEVERGOTOTHISPLACE. I’D RATHERLOSETHE $$$ I PAIDFORTHEGROUPON.
