No. 1 this place is not serious about appts so if you value your time dont waste it by setting an appt and actually expecting to be serviced by that time. They take in an abundance of walk ins and neglect those who actually reserved their slot.
They’re mediocore, Ive only come here when I cant make it to my preferred nail salon.
2nd review: Memorial Day review
I just walked out of this nail salon!
The woman owner is a rude (word I dont want to use).
It makes me wonder what some of these owners think? Do you believe youre the only nail salon in Sheepshead Bay.
She was agitated when I asked her to let my nails soak a little longer, really?
I know she’s used to running a factory like business but it doesnt work for me.
Long story short instead of getting a manicure after my soak off, i paid and walked out!
I will not be visiting this nail salon with crappy customer service again and I advise you not to!

I went in on March 31 2016 to have calius remover on my feet done which I have done before without a problem the stuff was left on for more then ten minutes when it should be on only 3 mins she got busy and forgot about me till I started yelling it was burning the whole staff comes over to find I had chemical burns on my feet and they tried to say it was my fault I have spoke to a doctor and my lawyer and will be filing a case as I can barely walk now

Nice salon, very clean & renovated which attracted me as a customer who loves to get her nails done weekly. I only gave it 4⁄5 stars because not EVERY visit i have leaves me satisfied, since different nail techs do my nails. But most of the time they do a great job, however I had a few times when i felt rushed & the job was the same. But overall this is my favorite nail place in the neighborhood!

I went here for UV GEL tips ($ 40).
The service was ok. The lady was really nice but is not an expert in UV GEL TIPS. My nails are bumpy, not smooth and she cut me terribly twice on each thumb (when I say terribly I mean blood dripping on to the towel).
For the polish I chose the gel polish with a gel top coat ($ 5 extra). BIG mistake. Two days later I have these random cracks in my nails. It literally looks like the nail polish is trying to separate from itself.
It’s terrible. Now, I have to wait another week to get these off and I seriously can’t wait to do so.
Not going back.

I have tried this place about a year ago for a quick mani. I went to get a pedicure and manicure yesterday with Tina. She was very exact and accommodating. Not much conversation, but not rude at all. She cut me a few times, but anytime I needed anything fixed or cut more she was happy to do it.
Will go there again!

This is an ok nail salon, it is kind of limited and my nail tech was kind of nasty so all in all 3 stars. I wouldn’t recommend it as a great nail salon, but it’s not horrible if you need a quick mani/​pedi and are in the neighborhood.

Disgusted! I reside in the area and tend to go to the salon due to close distance. The salon is nice inside, and does an okay job for the money however the staff is disgusting– terrible customer service! I came in to get a mani/​pedi and was told 3 minute wait!!! I agreed to the wait and choose my colors. The nail tech filled the pedi chair with water and I was about to sit. A second before I sit a group of girls came in «with appointments»! The nail tech told me to come back at 7:30 because the appointment was late. That’s disgusting and I won’t return to the salon again.
Instead of giving me a time frame– I should have been told the actual wait!

Very nice place. Been here over 7 times over the coarse of a few months. Very clean and very friendly. I had almost everyone give me a pedicure and I have been pleased with the outcome ever single time. Cindy and Candy are very good. The owner and managing staff is also very friendly. Feel free to come in and experience a great experience. I took a chance when they just opened and have been coming ever since.

This is by far my favorite nail salon in the whole sheepshead bay/​brighton beach area. Cindy is my favorite and does an amazing job every time I get my nails done ! Also, they have a really good selection of gel nail polish and a good selection of regular nail polish.

My new favorite nail place. Super clean, friendly, and, most importantly, provides excellent quality nail work for very reasonable prices. All the girls are good, but Polly and Cindy are superb. The place has a very good selection of colors and offers full range of gel work, acrylic, tips, etc. There is also free wi-​fi. All customers receive a loyalty card and on a tenths visit a free manicure or eye brow wax is given.
