I got a large decaf coffee. It was incredibly strong(not opposed) and burnt tasting. I’ve had coffee all over the world. It was subpar. I told the server how bad it was. I suggested she taste the coffee and her response was«I don’t drink coffee». Clearly! I then asked for a decaf Americano instead and she made me one. It was soooo weak :-( I will not be coming back here for coffee again. P. S. My bro got food and coffee here. He too agreed their food and coffee were subpar. Only positive were a nice salad bar spread and the ambiance is nice and clean.

I went awhile ago and at that time it was amazing but extremely expensive. They have a good operation going but have some organizational kinks that should be addressed. Aside from that the small place is realllyyy SMALL, so if you go at a busy time you’re screwed for a place to eat. Aside from that the food was really great.

Most people would say they charge above norm for average food. But I must say, service is something that sticks with me forever. B &G open Sundays at 9am but today I passé by at 7am because I wanted to pick up some of their insanely phenomenal donuts to take to a patient in Mount Sinai. Of course, they were closed. But I met the manager outside and asked him if there’s any way I can get some now and guess what? He told me to follow him to their kitchen a few blocks away and he’ll give me some of the ones freshly being made. That is absolute superb service. Also their donuts are out of this world. If you’re passing any of their locations be sure to grab some on your way to wherever you are going.

I had hopes for this place because it looked clean & nice — but the food is just gross. Greens are wilted iceberg lettuce, ‘Mediterranean’ Panini just tasted like olives.

Customer service at its worst!!! Tried calling in to order for pickup, the first few times the phone gets picked up and hung up right away, after finally getting someone on the phone they put me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and walked into the store to try my luck. Waiting on line forever I decided this just isn’t worth it. Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

VERY disappointed with this place. dropped 85 $ on brunch, no room inside so we were forced to sit in the hot sun. T here was a spider in my orange juice, and their only reaction was shoulder shrugs. Then they«ran out of yogurt» which came with out healthy morning, but only replaced it with other items once we pointed it out. Lastly, there was a long hair in my side salad. Complete with the usual barrage of screaming children and rude staff, I will not be coming back Side note: you’d think in 95 Degree heat they’d update their«snuggly winter menu»

I think I won’t try this place anymore. I’ve been there 3 times and the food is nearly inedible. The salads look disgusting and taste awful. It’s as if they buy cheaper, older vegetables, so you get yellow lettuce instead of bright green lettuce. My friend did not care for her muffin and coffee. My soda was warm. My daughter’s bagel was scorched and tasteless. We will be going back to Venezia down the block.

When you have some time, go to Bagels N Greens in Flatbush. It’s a clean and trendy café with a lovely outdoor area in the back. They have a variety of butters(I like the garlic butter) for your bagels. I ordered a breakfast, and boy was it fancy. It came with a side of 3 small dips — some red pepper thing, roasted garlic, and I think something else… They were all delicious though, and I used them for the hash browns. I also have gotten sandwiches there, and was pleased. Although usually I just go for a large cappucino with caramel. Which is awesome.(Until 10am, I think, you can get it with a pastry for $ 5 — maybe not a large, tho.) Anyway, I deducted 1 star because I could be on line for 15 minutes just trying to order my little cappucino while the ppl in front of me are interrogating the cashier on a number of intricate orders. This happened more than once. They have 2 cash registers, and really should use them both. But overall, I’m happy, and not only WOULD, but DO go there pretty often. Say hi if you see me. And if you have questions before you order, please let me go first.
