Similar experience, this store refuses to give a simple sim card unactivated when all others do without a problem. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere where they actually care about customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such a rude store manager. I came in to the store to simply get a SIM card, instead of taking me right away and it only taking 5 mins he took every other person in there with more complex issues and when I asked nicely when it would be my turn seeing as I came in before these people he very loudly said wait your turn. When it was finally my turn I went to verify my account he said I wasn’t a authorized user which I was calling customer service right in front of him he still denied giving me a simple SIM card. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never ever ever going to that store again.
