We just called for an estimate and were treated with a rude and sarcastic individual. With so many options why would a business not treat a potential customer with respect right out of the gate. They will never get our business and we will spread the word around. A disgrace.

the cable to hook up the ipod was broken, they overcharged and refused to honor the original deal, it took 45 minutes to get on the bus, overall poor experince

They tell you one price. You rent their stuff. Stressed all night cause the bus driver won’t shut up about his tip and won’t drive anywhere unless you keep giving him money. The morning after they change the initial quote and screw you out of your wallet. Never go through this service.

Please do not use this company. They will make you a great deal and then screw you over on the day of your event. STAY AWAY!!! They kept trying to get more money from me and constantly changed the so called «contract». I had a party bus for 37 teenagers for a prom. The driver arrived early, he was very friendly, but he had absolutely no idea where we were going and how many pick ups I had. The company didn’t even bother to give him an itinerary. The teenagers were supposed to be dropped off to their houses afterwards, but later found out that the driver LEFT without notice and took all their stuff with him in the bus. The company isn’t even going to refund the whole amount of money. I have never dealt with such a terrible business in my entire life.
