Adorable coffee shop in Cobble Hill! The frittata sandwiches are delicious and the coffee is A+. My only complaint is it can take awhile, so my suggestion is visit on a weekend and not on the way to work. Owners are super sweet, too, so you’ll want to stay and chat!

The egg sandwich is a show stopper. It’s take a little time to make but it’s well worth the wait.

We order delivery from here, and they’re so fast and so good. They easily make the best latte I’ve had in the neighborhood, and their food is delicious and creative, I get the cranky grandpa and it’s so good! I plan on trying all of their non-meat based food, but I’m sure their meat options are great too.

The sandwiches here are scrumptious! Just stop in and grab your lunch to go as there isn’t much seating to speak of. The sandwiches are made with care and the ingredients are fresh. Tasty, tasty. I will make a special trip back to Cobble Hill just to get these sandwiches again!

Best breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee with friendliest service around — for real. I am obsessed with their Fritatta breakfast sandwiches — I think about them before bed and then have to get one on my AM walk. Delicious food with much handmade including the aioli on said sandwich, great coffee, super friendly service. How can you beat that? You can’t.

Stopped by for lunch with Hubby and our 1 year old. Food was fresh made to order. The roast beef sandwich was tastier than the roast chicken, though the meat wasn’t very tender. The lentil soup was surprisingly bland — had to add a couple packets of salt and pepper to give it any flavor. Nice guys behind the counter and cozy space inside. Easy on the wallet too!

Went for breakfast and ordered 4 sandwiches. We thought we had ordered successfully, which is a feat since the menu is confusing and the staff rude and totally unhelpful. But 3 of the 4 sandwiches were prepared incorrectly — missing ingredients, mixed up ingredients. It wasn’t worth it to go back to correct the order, because so much was wrong and we didn’t want to have to interact with the man who took our order again. While we were waiting, a couple literally walked out because they could not communicate their order. It was not busy. The sandwiches were not worth the hassle. I have no explanation for why they messed up the order, or why they have so many stars.

Just visited Ana & Sophie’s and feel so warm and fuzzy inside. This little neighborhood breakfast/lunch shop is unassuming from the outside but absolutely delightful inside. I ordered the roasted mushrooms, hard boiled eggs and scallions over homemade hummus with pita. The hummus was delicious and clearly fresh and homemade, though not the best I’ve ever had(note: I am spoiled when it comes to hummus). But they give you a ton! I had enough leftover hummus for 2 helpings. The mushrooms were flavorful as well. The staff was very kind — the guys even gave me a whole thing of bread to take home for the leftover hummus. My only semi-complaint is while the dish is listed with scallions, it was actually served with red onions. But I understand this spot values fresh food, so if red onions were what was fresh that day, I’ll take it. Will be back!

My husband and I have been into Ana and Sophie’s a few times for breakfast and lunch, and we’ve been consistently impressed by Idan’s use of fresh, simple ingredients elevated by unique combinations and layers of flavor that keep his food inspired. We like the food so much that we asked Idan if he would cater our son’s first birthday party for us — and he knocked it out of the park! We chose a menu of three kinds of sandwiches(everyone raved about the Fricassee style tuna), a hearty lentil soup, and a light salad. He made pita pizzas and yogurt parfaits for the kids, which were also big hits. And the icing on the cake was Idan’s homemade bloody mary mix — spicy with a hint of unexpected ginger, and def a crowd pleaser. Idan was so pleasant and professional to work with, and took the stress away from the day so we could focus on our little munchkin. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out… and the lack of leftovers was a good indicator our guests were happy too!

This place — the BEST breakfast. I always struggle with finding a casual, cheap breakfast place but this place hits the spot every time. Their daily frittata sandwiches are on point — steaming hot every time(lukewarm eggs are just disgusting, amirite?). I’m not a huge coffee drinker but the shakerato: espresso, brown sugar, lemon zest. Just get it. The guy who runs this place hustles and is so clearly dedicated to getting the best flavor every time, it’s just exciting to watch him experimenting in the kitchen making the food(when there isn’t a rush). Don’t expect that your sandwich will be ready in a minute, but do expect a delicious bite to await you.

A good stop for breakfast. They have nice egg sandwiches. And the coffee is good. The whole wheat roll is a bit hard and makes for a messy sandwich. I suggest the white. There is very limited seating so be prepared to take food and find another place to eat.

First, please note that this place is small and quaint and that the food is prepared by one person, often times it is the owner(a wonderful man named Iden). I had an egg sandwich with bacon and their aioli sauce on a half hero. Hubby had a version of mine, but he had it on a full hero with avocado and cheese, as well. Again, due to the set-up, you may have to wait a bit for your sandwich. But, when it comes out… it is delicious! For both of us, the aioli sauce is what really impressed us. We were fortunate enough to be here at about 11:45am on a Tuesday, so the place was almost empty and our service was prompt. We got to spend a few minutes talking with Iden, who was a lovely man. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in that area.

I came to this place after reading all the positive reviews and decided to bring a friend who was visiting Brooklyn for the weekend. We walked in *literally* at 12:01pm on a Saturday and ordered two egg sandwiches. The woman informed us they stop serving breakfast at 12:00 and we would not be able to get egg sandwiches(aside from the frittata, which they serve all day). Okay… I then ordered a lunch sandwich, and a cold brew. She informed me the cold brew is not ready yet, and I would need to order iced coffee instead. Ugh. Annoying, but fine. Whatever. Then my friend orders a turkey sandwich, and they let us know they were out of turkey. This is when we both got frustrated. Had we not paid separately, we likely would have left. They wouldn’t let us order breakfast because we were ONE minute late, but don’t have ingredients for lunch sandwiches? All the subsequent customers who walked in after us that had ordered the turkey were informed that«they are making the sandwich vegetarian today». The sandwiches took about 15 minutes and there were flies swarming around us the entire time. The two stars were for the sandwiches because they were good, but unfortunately I will not be returning here.

Excellent sandwiches. I had the egg sandwich with house aoli, bacon, and avocado on a pakmen. The bacon was great, the bread fresh. My wife had a fritatta with mushrooms and onions which was also fantastic. Right after I ordered I noticed the owner making a Sorbonne, turkey with all kinds of good stuff. Hoping to come back tomorrow for that! Just so you know, its a small location. They have inside seating for about 10 people at 2 tables, plus a bench outside. But if you want to wait for a seat, its well worth it!

Just stopped by here for a breakfast sandwich and felt compelled to review. The frittata breakfast sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had, and it being pretty healthy is just an added bonus. It was REALLY good. The owner served us and was so so nice that he alone would make me want to support this business. This is definitely my new breakfast sandwich spot and I’ll be coming back here often.

Stopped in at around 12pm for a frittata sandwich, which was really good and super filling(considering I ordered a half sandwich, but the sandwiches come on heroes — I chose whole wheat). The aioli on the sandwich was a great compliment to the fritatta and greens. Also, the cucumber water offered as you wait/dine was a nice touch.

Got a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, tomato, avocado, greens, and aioli on a french roll, and an iced coffee. Both were sublime. The ingredients were excellent and flavorful. The aioli is tasty and a little spicy(which I love, but if you’re sensitive to heat then maybe go easy on it). This sandwich was so good that I was sad when I finished it. I would probably go out and order a second one, but I’m totally full. Will definitely be back for more.

Stopped by for a sandwich and it was super tasty — a roasted mushroom and cheese. Staff — friendly and efficient Atmosphere — I thought there’d be room to sit, but it’s pretty tiny. One table. Recommend taking it to go or for a little picnic at Cobble Park.

Egg sandwiches were really delightful(including the house made aioli) and the service was very pleasant. They’re still working out the timing of everything but I’m very optimistic that this will prove to be a great addition to the neighborhood. They accept call in orders and apparently will soon be adding delivery. Iced coffee was a little too strong for my liking but it was definitely still tasty.
