This is a nice Hardware Store next to the train station on Ave. M. The man who helped me, Aldo was very knowledgeable and polite. They have a very large selection of merchandise for a hardware store of this size. Overall I would recommend.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. They quoted my wife three different prices for an installation. When she finally negotiated the middle price quote she asked them if there were any other fees. They responded no, she asked a second time to make sure they again replied no. Of course when they got there and installed the lock which was a combination, (they knew what lock was being installed) they refused to set it for her and wanted to charge her another $ 30. The process takes no longer then 5 minutes and even less if you have installed it before, which they had.
If you like getting ripped off well just give them a call.
