great physician. cares deeply for his patients. it doesn’t get any better.

I have never before come across such rude and unhelpful clinic staff in my life.
One of them practically started yelling over the phone because I had the audacity to ask her if she would be able to call my regular PCP the next day (my appointment day) once I get there since I couldn’t get the referral in time due to the snow storm. She yelled to the point that another woman had to take the phone from her and speak to me.
…Don’t even question my bafflement. If it hadn’t been an emergency, those people would not have seen my face. Ever.
After the appntmnt, I was asked by the doc to call back to set a time for a day we had already picked. So, I call back and… LOL…I cannot emphasize enough the trouble I went through to get to the doctor. I called MULTIPLE times (@ 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 6pm to be precise. And 2 – 3 times more the next day), and apparently the doctor just could not be reached.
These people started sucking their teeth at me for calling to know WHAT TIME I was to go in for my procedure. I kept getting transferred from one person to another and another.
Every single person could not reach the man they worked for.
And finally, I never heard from them, even after all the messages they «left him». I actually ended up looking for a different doctor amidst my pain, discomfort, and tension about what’s going on in my body.
The doctor seemed really nice and comforting. Such a shame he has this broken team working for him.

This man literally saved my life, and did it with a smile.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Albert, and I appreciate everything he did for me.
When I was left out to die by the hospital which endorses him, he solved the problem in 10 minutes, and then took the time to light up everyone in their ER.
