I called to order parts, and dealt with a very rude employee. I knew exactly what I wanted and had my credit card in hand, yet he resorted to yelling over the phone and hung up on me when he was unable to give me a shipping quote after being provided with my shipping address and zip code.
They may have good parts, however I have no time to deal with rude and incompetent employees.
