If I could give no stars I would. I called to cancel my appointment the morning of my visit. I had changed my mind, based on a review I’d read, which stated he wasn’t clean and was only concerned with money. When I called they asked why I was canceling and I said I’d changed my mind. The receptionist then asked what insurance I had and than placed me on hold. The doctor came on the phone and said I have an appointment today and they were waiting on me and I have to come in, very rude and nasty. I told him I simply changed my mind about the appointment. He repeats that I have to come in and that he’ll see me in a few. I asked him «so what are you going to make me» He said it’s not fair I don’t come in and i was rude and If I didn’t come in I’d have to change doctors. I said that’s ok I don’t want to come in, and he raises his voice and says no its not ok, says something else and hangs up on me.
He seemed pretty hard up for a client, i can see where i was wrong in canceling the same day, but i wasnt comfortable with going! And him thinking he could make me was crazy. He was rude and the whole ordeal was weird!
