Called ahead to let them know I wanted to come in and make keys at their Brighton location – right next to the school I work at. The guy told me they close 15 minutes early. What an understatement. 25 minutes is more like it. Thanks for wasting my time. Take your business elsewhere.

Had these gentlemen change a lock at my apartment. Very friendly, professional and punctual. In-​person visit bonus: *adorable* office puppy.
Update: Went in to have a key made and a doorknob fixed. Friendly & fast service continues to be the name of the game at this fine neighborhood establishment, which relocated around the block after Sandy destroyed their former location.
