Avi responded to my online inquiry very quickly, gave us an over-​the-​phone estimate that was quite reasonable, came within 2 days and made the repair within ten minutes. And, the cost was less than the estimate! We are more than pleased with the work and the service.

DO NOT USE this service. I spoke with Avi Dror. He is the owner of this «company». He starts off very nice and friendly but as soon as the service is done he is a different person. After he installed my door, I return home and find that he did not take the old door as promised. Then after a few weeks the door started to rub against the rail and cause damage. He said it was my fault and that I needed to oil the door! It has only been on for 3 weeks. Why would i need to «oil» it already? Only after I blocked my number and called him everyday did he say he would send someone over the next day. They never showed! I had someone else take a look at the door and he told me the chain was rubbing on the top of the door and the installation was not done properly. Avi told me I had a one year warranty. But what he means is that he will ignore you for the first year and then tell you that you are out of warranty. I am filing a BBB review against him.

he is unlicensed. He installed a different brand of door and much cheaper one that the contract called for then lied about it.
STAY AWAY no insurance he is unlicensed to do work in NYC

You could tell after seeing him work that he has the customer best interests at heart.
