After an exchange of e-mails with this company in which I included pictures of the mattress I had received, they immediately offered to send me another one. This mattress was made more carefully and of higher quality. I would have preferred a better plastic covering, but after making a padding over it, it was acceptable. Good customer service.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. This is not the first time I placed an order with this company and had a bad experience with them. I ordered hand painted letters for my baby’s room and the time frame was 10 – 12 weeks for shipping. I have asked for an order status for weeks and no one was able to provide me with that. I was dealing directly with the Customer Service Manager, Pessy K(email: ) and she was absolutely rude, obnoxious and of no help to me. My order that I waited 3 months for has still not shipped out and we are now going on 13 – 14 weeks from the order date. I told her that since the company could not hold up their end of the order I would like my full refund on my credit card and would be contacting American Express as well. Pessy’s response to be was: Why are you calling me then? If you are going to complain to Amex call them. I am outraged that a company that carries such high end items has such unprofessional people working for them. Pessy K. refuses to give me a refund and tells me that her company if they do refund will not send me any type of confirmation to prove a refund. I asked for her supervisor and she said she is the ONLY person who can assist me. I am really shocked that Pessy K is the ONLY contact person who I can speak with. She is incrediably nasty and difficult to work with. The company has not kept their word and will not give me my refund. BUYERBEWARE … this company will take your money and give you no options in the future when they can’t hold up on their end of deal! I waited the 10 – 12 weeks and they are giving me no options.

Buyer Beware! This company does bad business and has poor customer service. I contacted the company upon discovering they sent me an incomplete order and a broken babybay maxi cot(co-sleeper) via . For over a month they gave me the run around and passed me from representative to representative, and even the babybay maxi cot designer, with no real intentions of helping me to effectively address or resolve the issue. If you are interested in buying an item from this company, my recommendation is to save yourself a headache and buy a similar or same item from another company that sells the item. If you are brave enough to purchase from A Baby and they bs you with the run around, should you receive an incomplete or defective order. I recommend foregoing giving the company the courtesy of rectifying the issue and just dispute a claim with your credit card company to get your money back. If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. I am so frustrated and disgusted by their unethical practices and regret the day I spent $ 500+ with this business. Spend your money elsewhere! You will be glad you did! It should not take a month plus of representative’s saccharine sweet but insincere exchanges via phone and emails to fix an issue that is clearly the company’s fault! To be clear, has yet to adequately addresse this issue properly. I hope this review spares somebody the nightmare of having to attempt to resolve anything with .
