I never thought I’d find a worse company than a certain cable company… But 1800 flowers did it! I ordered flowers(4 weeks in advance) for my girlfriend to arrive on 2÷13÷15 and they never arrived! During the day they were supposed to arrive, I kept calling UPS to make sure they got to her office and kept getting the run around. You’re telling me UPS can’t track what truck a package is on? Give me a break. I gave it a couple days and called on Monday 2⁄16 to get my money back. Guy said no problem, sorry, we’ll issue you a full refund and will send you an email receipt to confirm the refund. Sitting on Wednesday 2⁄18 with no email receipt, no refund, nothing! I call Chase and they don’t see any pending credits either. So I filed a dispute with them to dispute the charge. What a headache! NEVER order from 1800flowers. WORSTCOMPANYEVER!!!
