I’ve been getting my haircut by Rosemarie ever since I was 10, I tarted coming here when she moved, the prices are decent and she does such an amazing job everytime. From cuts to color and styling I haven’t had a complaint about anything she has done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been going here since I was in elementary school! Everyone here is super friendly and really know how to give a great haircut. I have been to other places but as an adult I find myself taking the 1.5hour drive back to my home town just to get my haircut!

I have been going here for for nearly twenty years. Friendly staff that love to make you feel welcomed. Relatively cheap compared to the rest of the area. Definitely make an appointment if you are going in on the weekend.
As you can tell from the locations of the reviewers, us native New Yorker’s will travel 30 min+ for a quality cut.

This is another place that gives great haircuts at great prices. It seems most customers here know all the hair stylists by name, so they make appointments in advance. But personally, I’ve just walked in and said «I’ll take a hair cut from whoever will available next» and I always walked out happy. And also, I think it’s cool that one of the barbers looks 100% exactly the same as Super Mario.

I used to pay twice as much elsewhere for the same hair cut I now pay $ 15 for. I have my goto’s at this place to cut my hair. I dont require too much, but Im always paranoid of getting a bad haircut. but after I get out of the shower and I play with my hair a bit, Im always happy. and if I find something goofy about my do, I can go back to that person and they will fix it at no extra charge.
Tip: your initial visit will probably be to whomever is available. once you find the person that you like, the next time you visit, you might be better off calling in to make sure theyre available. they might not be there that day or be there and just be booked.

in Brooklyn for the weekend visiting my family and in need of a haircut (my usual barber in Q-​Boro had gone home by the time I got back from work on Friday), I swung by here.
the concept of making an appointment for a haircut is foreign to me, but I’ll allow it.
clientele ranged all over — middle-​aged dudes, kids, old ladies, Park Slope stroller moms (HIYO!).
everyone working here seemed really friendly. my parents go here, so some of the staff was asking me about them. gotta like that.
$ 14 for a haircut — not bad.
I keep my hair military-​grade short so it was a quick buzz and I was out. as the Zombie Survival Guide points out, longer hair is a liability.
