Pizza I order came at basically room temperature, but since it’s a bit chilly outside I’ll give them an extra star. Oh they also messed up the pop order, I mean how hard can it be?

I usually order from them and it’s been great. But it looks like something has changed according to the other comment on here cause exactly the same thing happened to me. I ordered my one large pizza and it says that it’ll be here in one hour and 10 minutes. After no one showed up 20 min after the time they were due to be here, I called them and the girl told me she was sending a message to the manager of the store to call me back. I waited for another 20 minutes then called back. All the guy asked me was if I wanted to cancel because the store was closing soon anyway and apologized…
Umm thanks… No pizza, even after waiting for 2 hours. No calls from the manager to apologize or anything. What the hell is going on???

The level of unprofessional employees at this location is outstanding. Not only was my order a 2hr wait, which is understandable with the holiday season but my order not only never showed; I call the store twice and was told my food is out for delivery as well as I was going to be transferred to the store manager. Neither of these alleged things happened. I was on hold patiently for over 30 minutes until the store closed which ended my endeavor. I will not ever return to this store and am very tempted to boycott the company as a whole if this is the level of customer service provider.
Still hungy and now not so happy!
