This location is the corporate headquarters. I had stopped using Pilgrim about 6 months ago after my black cashmere coat came back covered in cat fur(I do not have a cat). Upon their driver’s appeal, I gave Pilgrim another try this last month. I sent a couple of shirts and a suit. The shirts came back looking ok, nothing special and nothing wrong. However, my Black Suit came back to me more wrinkled than when it was sent in the coat and the pants. Additionally, there was hair all over the suit(again appearing to be cat) and there was some sort of substance on the left sleeve at and under the buttons. Some was on the pants as well. This unknown substance was not on the clothing when I brought it in. I pointed this issue out to the driver and he immediately saw it and brought the clothing back in assuring me that the situation would be corrected at no charge. I received back the suit again and this time, while appearing pressed, the jacket still had hair all over it and the same substance on the arm in the exact same spot — as if no cleaning were actually done. In addition, the pants were not cleaned as was evidenced by the tag on them that said«press only». To add insult to all of this, during this process Pilgrim billed my credit card $ 17.06 on 05÷23÷16, $ 8.53 on 05/31/2016 and suddenly I see a $ 32.58 charge going through today, 06÷03÷16! Clearly I was charged repeatedly for this and I am still left with a disgusting dirty suit with cat hair and some unknown substance on it. Needless to say strike two and strike three took place here. I called in to the company and spoke with whomever the woman was that answered the telephone. She offered no solution and said that there was nothing that she could do and simply wanted me to call someone else’s voicemail. I reached out to the company and have heard nothing back(by phone AND by email). I would like to know what I can expect the company to do to correct all of this, but after three strikes I fear that this is simply what I can expect from company. I have literally never had this type of difficulty with a cleaning company.

I come to this location a lot because the guy at the front counter Kurt is very nice. I use their express bag because you get 20% off and can drop it in their drop box 24 hours a day. I’ve always been happy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They also have free home & office delivery available too!

Got what I needed for a fair price. Work uniform spot and clean. Wonderful job, but my phone number was in the computer wrong? Odd… But I guess I’m glad they had logos on them for easy identification. Second visit, two comforters. Longer wait, little more pricey. Phone number correct. Spot treatment and cleaning again and both looked better than before.

10÷4÷2014BADEXPERIENCE! I altered the cuffs of some suit pants for my son, giving him a little more length because he’s grown since the last time he wore the suit. We planned for him to wear the suit to Homecoming. I specifically requested the altered pants be pressed only. Went to pick the pants up day of Homecoming and found that the cuffs had been pressed back to their original length. VERYINCONVENIENT!!! Had to pull something together last minute for Homecoming, it was an unplanned expense and I was late for work that day. I requested a store credit for the inconvenience so I could give them another chance for my business. I was refunded what I was charged and that’s it. I WILLNEVERDOBUSINESSTHEREAGAIN!!! Update: 10÷15÷14STILLNOREFUND. Called manager, he’s refusing to give refund because he knows he’s lost my business anyway. HOWUNPROFESSIONAL!
