Very caring and attentive man who took his time to listen to me and diagnose me correctly. I am very fortunate to have gone to him and will go back.

Just awful. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I came in and waited 30 minutes in the office before they told me my referral from my primary care physician hadn’t gone through and they couldn’t see me. The receptionists were snippy and acted as if I was wasting their time.
The second time I went, my referral had been properly sent. However, I waited ONE HOUR in the waiting room and another 30 MINUTES in the exam room, and Dr Freilich still had not come to see me. When I went to the receptionists to tell them I had to leave to get back to work, they were VERY rude, especially when I asked for my copay back. They were more interested in gossiping with each other and could not have been more eager to ignore me. They didn’t even care that I didn’t want to reschedule with the doctor, or apologize for making me wait so long with no result and no doctor.
I ended up going to see my old childhood dermatologist, who doesn’t accept my insurance. Paying out of pocket for someone with 1) a nice receptionist and 2) takes you on time and 3) gets you the results you need for your skin is worth paying out of pocket.
