Amazing customer service, they provided a lock on my box when I forgot to attach my own. Always timely and friendly. Reasonable pricing is just icing on the cake. We will never move without Smartbox ever again.

I recently moved and needed temporary storage. After pricing out other options, Smartbox was an obvious winner. They don’t charge any hidden costs (the advertised price is the price you pay) and the smaller size box was perfect for my tight driveway yet still had enough space to fit all of my furniture. The best part was the service. I had a tight turnaround and they were able to accommodate and work with my schedule. Overall, I would highly recommend Smartbox as your first call!
