I would avoid this place!
I got a rental car after someone destroyed mine in an accident. There was a hail storm and the car was parked outside. The car was not damaged at all, but the moment I brought it in, the rep looked at it and said that it had sustained a lot of damage. I COULDN’T see a thing.
Basically, it was operation «screw the customer» going on here. The hail «damage» got charged to my liability insurance per Minnesota law. Now, my rates are going to go up for damaged that was not sustained.

Awful staff, misleading, misadvertising. George, who works there, is the worst individual we have ever had to deal with. He will pull all his tricks to get as much money from you for as little service as he can! He gave me a lil compact car (Prius) for $ 36 per day (I have written receipt), charged me later $ 65 per day with no explanation. $ 129 for two days for a smallest car!!!
I told him I do not need insurance nor road assistance since I have both, he still charged me for both.
Unspeakable! I won’t be surprised if he isn’t there anymore, he will lose his job eventually for treating clients like that, it’s just matter of time.
We had to dispute his charges. The location is so bad, that he seems desperate to get anything in any ways he can. He refused to take a payment from me while i was there, finding some lousy excuses that he will try to make a better deal for me, then he called me and said he would charge me over the phone. Now i know why. I would NEVER payed that price if I saw what he is charging me, but I couldn’t see it paying over the phone.
Beware of this place. Drive a few miles further to find a professional with work ethic
