The previous statements are all accurate. She is lovely, moody, attentive, has on and off days, caring, interested in alternative medicines, abrasive, rude, and can get you into her schedule. She is tough as nails sometimes and won’t take your crap. Sure she talks about herself a lot, but she is knowledgeable and dependable. Her office is(as the previous writer indicated) pretty ugly, it needs some love. She does have rude signs about punishing irresponsible people(those who are quite late to appts and those that like to follow the Dr around asking for more advice and complaining) which I appreciate. My finace is a doctor and when we moved I asked what he thought about getting a new primary care physician; his response was«are you unhappy with her care?» — No. Don’t let a good doctor go if the care is good. She is very chatty and will chat about things you don’t care about(like her triathlon training) — frankly, she is entertaining and gives good care. As a very healthy person, that is what matters the most; humor and quality.

Unprofessional. Rude. Arrogant. She has misdiagnosed me multiple times, and given me various different medications for the same problem. Her approach to the doctor-patient relationship is strictly authoritative. As in «Im the doctor. You are just the patient. Listen to me or get lost.» I will never go back. I can only assume the good reviews are family. Save yourself the anguish and dignity…

I absolutely love Doctor London! I moved here about 5 years ago and was recommended to her by one of my friends. Each year I go in I’m greeted with the same courtesy I was the day I walked in. She spends time with her patients and doesn’t rush them out the door the second they get there. The patient waiting area could use a little sprucing up(which is the ONLY reason why I gave it four stars). It could use a few upgrades. But her job as a doctor, I love her. She makes me feel comfortable and that’s the most important thing a doctor can do.

After searching through the doctors my insurance covers she was the only doctor I could see in a reasonable time frame. She’s… nice. She has on and off days. But on her on days she is the really an amazing doctor that is informative and helpful. Otherwise… not so much. I kind of feel like she wants to push you in and out and you are left thinking«What the hell just happened?». Her office is dingy… and a little uncomfortable. I go to her cause she isn’t not nice– she actually helps me, opposed to my other doctors I’ve had in the past. I suffered from gallstones for at least 3, maybe up to 7, and had to finally scream at the ER doctors after my 5th visit there saying I am not leaving until you figure out what is wrong with me. But Dr London acknoledges my problems.

Dr. London is unprofessional and rude. The office is filthy. She is not a good listener. She spends most of the appointment talking about herself(e.g. her ex-husband, kids, HER health issues). It was not a good healthcare experience.

I decided to write a review to warn people to stay away from this doctor. I started to see Dr. London as my PCP as the convince of the location about 9 months ago before all recent bad review came out(otherwise I wouldn’t choose her). The office is dirty/dated, and the staff was unfriendly. The practice has very strict rule about appointment, wait time, and consulting time, which all in favor of the practice. What bothers me the most, is for the last two visits I had, Dr. London only spent on average 5 minutes with me when I came for follow-up about my condition, where the medication didn’t work and my problem was not resolved. She sold me some supplement, without spending time to discuss the conditions and my concerns with me. I am switching my PCP, and would advise anyone to avoid this doctor.

Yes, it is hard to get a hold of Dr. London/her office in general, and it is quite difficult to get an appointment with her, but she’s GREAT! She’s super charismatic and definitely knows her stuff(she has a very interesting background). She’s my PCP and I’ll definitely be going back to her. In order to have a successful doctor-patient relationship with Dr. London, you just have to be patient and be on top of it. If you make an appointment 3 or 4 months in advance, write it down and remember it! They will not babysit you by calling you every month to remind you of your appointment when they have hundreds of other patients. She’s great.

I love Dr. London! She was the closest doctor near my apartment that was covered by my insurance so I went with her. When I was a new patient I did have to wait 2 weeks to be seen by Dr. London, but since then I have been able to get in within hours or days. I was having some problems once and expressed how I didn’t want to have to take real medicine for it. Instead of just writing me a prescription, Dr. London offered a handful of alternatives to dealing with the problem. I appreciated that she took the time to offer alternatives instead of just medicating me. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve had. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Typically I’ve had good luck finding quality health care in Boston, but my experience with Dr. London’s office was so contrary to what medical care should be about that I had to put something out there! After sifting through endless names of primary care physicians that came up on my insurance company’s website, I settled on Dr. London and called to make an appointment. I was told her first available date for a new patient was FOURMONTHSAWAY. Luckily, I wasn’t in a huge hurry to get in, so I took the first available appointment. When October hit, I had a hazy idea that the appointment I had made in June was approaching, but had received no confirmation from Dr. London’s office. Call me crazy, but I was expecting a quick call to confirm, given that a) they’re a doctor’s office and confirmation calls are typically standard practice and b) it had been four months! When I heard nothing, I called and left a message inquiring about my appointment. This morning at 8:10am, I received a call from Dr. London’s office. The message on my voice mail said this: «Um, your appointment is basically in 20 minutes.» What? I would have loved to have made it to this appointment, but 20 minutes isn’t much time to get out of bed, get ready, and commute to a doctor’s office. When I called to apologize and try to reschedule, I was told… «If a new patient misses their first appointment, they are not allowed to make any future appointments with Dr. London.» Non-negotiable. While I understand that busy doctors need ways to keep their schedules as sane and efficient as possible, I found the inflexibility of this attitude to be out of line with what medical care should be about(not to mention exclusive and petty). I expect doctors to be professionals at least, and compassionate at best. Having a patient wait four months for an appointment may be inevitable for a busy office, but Dr. London should realize that during that time, the patient is probably not seeking PCP care elsewhere. The patient is counting on receiving care from her. If the privilege of that care is so easy to lose, then at the very least, the office should provide confirmation calls within a reasonable amount of time before the appointment and should inform the patient at the time they make the appointment that a strict no-show policy is in place. Looking forward to finding a doctor whose practice includes professionalism and courtesy!
