Superfly Martini Bar and Grill

Love Superfly! It’s sort of a sports pub, but with excellent food and martinis.

Service was great. Went for the Sunday brunch, had the club sandwich that thing was amazing. Just finished it off 2 hours later, still delicious.

When you come to this place, don’t be put off by the appearance, because it looks like an old Taco Bell building that’s been whitewashed. The food speaks volumes, generous portions, and great service. Who can ask for anything more? They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they have their own line of vodka. It’s all casual, and kid friendly. Give it a shot!

Stopped here for lunch based on seeing many great reviews. They did not disappoint. Had the pulled pork sandwich which was so big I could not finish it. That is saying a lot for me. The Superfly sauce was a nice touch.

So amazing! Oh my word. :) I had the fish sandwich with coleslaw, huge pieces of fish and the coleslaw was incredible. Fries are not just fries, they are so good!
My son had the grilled cheese and it was not what I was expecting, but even better quality cheese and amazing bread.
My husband had the chicken bacon tacos, he loved it but would ask for more sauce on his the next time.
We loved this place!

it’s an upscale mc donald’s with BOOZE. (but no CAMPARI)
but it it’s always hella LOUD.
the most unique food is at brunch.
if you’re a guy, you might slobber over how they sometimes hire young fillies who wear obscenely short cut offs and the level of distraction will make you order more…
we have spent waaaaaaaay too much dosh here. but the hours are excellent. go figure.

I was a bit worried when I first saw the menu yet have to say I went for the mussels and they were literally AMAZING — chorizo makes it along with the juice highly recommend tons of garlic if you are a garlic lover it’s worth it

Was looking for a spot to watch the Warriors game and grab a few drinks. Great local spot with a friendly staff. Highly recommend the Alaskan Cod sandwich. Great service as well.

Our favorite and a must when we go to Brookings. Great food and the service is always great.

great vodka blackberry martini with locally made blackberry liqueur. went there at about 6pm on a Thursday night and it was packed! Good place for a somewhat raucous good time. The place is really cute, fun décor, and a nice crowd. didn’t eat, but the portions were huge and looked tasty. very good service, in spite of the crowd – seems that the staff is accustomed to it!

I’ve heard a lot about this please but wasn’t super impressed… No pun. Service was great but it just didn’t have the wow effect I expected and my salad was a little on the soggy side.

Although I’m no local, I don’t understand what the hype is about this place. My dad & I were up in Oregon on a hiking/​camping trip and decided to check this place out.
We didn’t want to leave our dogs at the camp site unattended so we were on the lookout for a dog friendly restaurant with outdoor seating. I was excited to check this place out seeing as it had 4.5 stars.
We walked in and were greeted within a few minutes and were told our server will be right with us. We took a seat outside and ordered a round of beers. It must have taken 15 minutes for our order of chicken bacon taters but they were pretty good for the price of $ 8. When they brought our food out my dad asked for another beer. The server acknowledged him and said he would be right back with it. He never did come back. We decided to skip on the beer and waited with our plates empty for the check. That didn’t come either.
I went inside and stood at the bar and wasn’t acknowledged for a good 8 minutes. As soon as I made eye contact with our server I asked for the bill.
Service wasn’t worth coming here.

The place could use a face-​lift, but the service and the food are excellent. The Angry Prawns were excellent. Large shrimp and the sauce has a small bite but not too much. I would like more bite, but this is probably the appropriate amount for most people. You have to try the chicken bacon taters as long as you are not on a diet — they are wonderful. Next time we will add grilled onions and pepper jack cheese — and ask for extra sauce — that way it will be two full days worth of calories
OK — I have never tried mussels before but decided to be adventurous — I can’t tell you how they compare to other places, but I can tell you that they were absolutely wonderful. We are both so full we just can’t try any more items — maybe we’ll try the caramel pretzel brownie next time

Angry Prawns-​grilled not deep fried now, warm sauce and lovely jasmine rice with a small salad, loved the dressing.
Chicken Bacon Tater-​AWWW what can I say… Never had this before. Two tortillas of skinny fries, tons of bacon and a little bit if chicken & the chipotle mayo yummy. When I order again I’m going to ask for a little bit more of the mayo, grilled onions and pepper jack cheese. 2,000 calories isn’t enough!!!
Steamed Obsidian Mussels-​1lb of black mussels in white wine, lemon, butter, tomatoes & LOTS of garlic with a sprinkle of scallions, chorizo & parm cheese with bread to dip in sauce. OMG what can I say I’ve never had mussels, it was awesome!
Casie our server was wonderful. We will be back again when passing thru.

Reviews were great, But was not as impressed as I thought I would be. The food was ok, martini ‘s were great, but the atmosphere and acoustics were horrific! It was so loud in there, at one point I could only read my husbands lips because I could not hear him. Way over rated.

Last Sunday (4−17−16) we stopped in for breakfast. We are not Sunday Brunch fans. I had the Chicken Fried steak and eggs = it was good (yes I’ve had better — way down in So Cal) My Sweetheart had the Blueberry pancakes!!! Yes it was the best she has ever had! Conclusion we will be back during the week for their regular breakfast menu, Stay tuned
Tonight (4−20−16): ok dinner time and we ordered to go. We both ordered Burgers (added bacon and cheese — mine blue cheese –hers with cheddar) NOW THIS IS A BURGER! The fries lost a little of the crispness — but that is to be expected when you are taking HOT fries in a «take home box» (the steam does it) The difference of using FRESH ingredients! The fries and the burgers have a little ‘kick’ to them. Subtle — but noticeable and GOOD! WE WILL BE BACK!
Service both visits were excellent! ALL staff was very friendly (Especially Jennifer Lynn)

FYI — if you are thinking about take-​out, you must go there to order, no phone orders = a minor issue.

Thank you Unilocal!We wouldn’t have known this little gem was here without your help. Inside a repurposed taco time building. They did a great job remodeling with a cool bar, flat screen tv and fire pit in the outside eating area. There is a bar with seating around it and a few tables this opens up to a kid friendly dining area. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed their dinner too. My husband had the shark bite tacos paired with a fireball martini. This was as good as it gets in our opinion. I had spicy tomato soup, sourdough toasted cheese and strawberry lemon drop. Fresh and tasty. The portions are generous, service was fast and friendly, prices reasonable. Only complaint is we are 6 hours from home ! I would be a regular here if I lived closer. Nice job!

Seriously GOOD FOOD! Last night I had their fish sandwich and it kicked ass! It was SO good that I have returned for brunch this morning. This place is full of happy people! That kind of mood where everyone looks at each other like we’ve all won a contest or something. Perhaps it’s just the natural state of being when one stumbles upon a place serving excellent food at very fair pricing?
I’m bummed because I’m just passing through Brookings and don’t know when I’ll be back to have more.

I was hoping for an extra ordinary experience and all I got was a «Meh.»
Service was nice and prompt. Atmosphere was ok.
Menu was limited, but if it’s really good food… who cares, right? Well. I was wrong here.
I ordered the chicken bacon tater minus the bacon and seared Pacific Yellow-​fin Tuna served over yakisoba noodles. With all the rave reviews, I was pretty excited to get my meal.
Service was fast. Waited for about 10 min before food was served.
Chicken tacos were ok. Fries could of been hotter, but it still were tasty.
The tuna dish however, well… that was a fail. It looked really pretty, but it was mostly a plate full of noodles with few pieces of thinly sliced tuna.
Thin …did I already say thin? Yeah, thin with stringy skin attached.
Did I just get the butt end of the fish? ughhhh… for $ 12.00
If I want a good piece of tuna, I know where to go, just not here.
Maybe this place is just good for drinks and appetizers, not tuna.

This is a great place! Nice use of an old 80’s taco joint! The atmosphere is clean and modern, with a nod to the old bar pub feel. Beer selection is fairly extensive, including many local and commercial hand craft offerings. Extensive martini selection. Innovative food ideas, most of which include the signature chipotle superfly sauce, which is pretty good.
I had the burger, with cheese and bacon, and was very pleased.
Nothing bad to say, especially about the prices. Very affordable! If you’re in Brookings this place is a must try.
