Great family park! Wonderful play structures and trails to walk on. Be sure to see the neat capella chapel! Bathrooms can be gross on occasion due to high child volume and lazy parents! Great place with cool plants and gardens though, best city park in town!

Absolutely beautiful park! From the flowers and trees to the stage where free concerts are offered during the summer, this oasis is perfect. Playground, baseball field, trail to the river, light decorations during the holidays, etc. Our new favorite hangout.

You must see the azalea garden in the spring! It’s wonderful to see such a well-maintained public park.

«A place to retreat to, of flowers, trees and lovely walks and a chappel and a bandstand Cute park, very peaceful and green. I saw the remnants of brightly colored flowers, an artistic statue, a presently quiet bandstand that has summer concerts on some Sundays, a beautiful little chappel with its own docent, very photogenic, paths and benches for the weary and the dreamers. I suppose in the Spring it explodes in color and the perfume of flowers, especially the azalea, and in December with Christmas lighting! This is all maintained by volunteers, take the time, it’s worth it’s effect on your blood pressure. 5 stars
