was interested in an item in an online auction at Wilson’s and contacted Mail Service Center in advance for an estimate to pick up and ship it to me. The estimate was fair so I was comfortable bidding on the item and I won it. They picked up the item, packaged it carefully(a sterling silver tea service so very soft), shipped it to me promptly, and it arrived safely and on time today. My experience was smooth from the initial estimate request to receipt of my package so I can highly recommend them for this type of service. Thanks Mike!

I just got off the phone with this company, which is shipping an item I won at auction. The item was supposed to be picked up yesterday and shipped the same day. Instead, although it was picked up yesterday, it is being shipped today. When I asked about the reason for this, the owner was very nasty to me, and basically told me that if I gave him a hard time he would take the items back to the auction house. Given this sterling example of their customer service and attitude, I would say stay away.

I won an auction item at Uniques & Antiques. I requested three bids to ship it, and Mail Service Center quoted me the most aggressive price. Additionally, after picking-up my item, Mike at MSC called me to say that they could send it cheaper. How refreshing to find an honest and upstanding shipper! My highest praise for this business – I wish them much success!
