Equipment is good, Yamaha VX but Customer Service sucks! Their website shows 3 persons waverunner but when we got there, the staff said 2 person max. After speaking to the owner, she finally allowed 3 persons with a combine weight of 295 lbs, well below the 320 maximum. Then it came the issue of choosing the craft, she was going to gave us an old craft with ducktape on the side (to secure a damaged body parts), when I asked for a newer craft, she (suffice to say) did not obliged gladly. Also, she was rushing us to make a decision, saying that she is running late. We were there 15 mins before the appointed time and was waiting for her 10 – 15 mins.
I would expect a crappy customer service if the fee is cheap, if I’m paying an average/​above-​average price, I expect a matching service.

Super accommodating and chill staff. Had a really great time jetskiing with this company. Also, they take you to a really lovely area in the bay with amazing views and waves. Highly recommend.

This adventure was lots of fun! The great experience began before we even got on the jet ski. The staff was very responsible, fun, and made the whole process easy. I was a first-​time rider and they taught me all the basics before sending me out into the water. Once we got out there we had a really great time. Can’t wait to go again! See you soon.

Really friendly staff. Chris, the guy on duty had already packed up for the day, when we showed up without a reservation, he was kind enough to reopen shop and provide us with the jetskis. And he was quite patient while instructing us how to use the jetskis. The best deal is the rainy day special for 50% off the rental price.
