Their food is good, like you’d expect from the IHOP name. Don’t be in a hurry, though. I’ve been here a dozen times and they are still slow: 5 – 10 minutes waiting at the front, 15 minutes wait for a server, 30 – 45 minutes wait for food. Unbussed tables sit for 30 minutes or longer. Basics like silverware, syrup and sugar are simply missing — how do you miss that when you seat people? Then on the way out, 20 people are sitting in the lobby waiting for someone to seat them in any of the 30 empty tables. I’ll give it 5 stars when their staff puts a little pride into their work. That’s really all that’s missing.

We had a table of 7 and after 6 plates were brought to the table were informed one of the dinners was still frozen(egg whites). Seems like if you serve fried eggs you could figure out how to separate the yolks. Went home hungry. Another party found hair in their food. We had service issues on our one previous visit. Love IHOP bot not this one.

My husband and I went for a late lunch. The staff was friendly and we were seated promptly. The servers versus the front of the house was very disjointed. We sat there waiting for silverware menus and for the waitress to even ask for our drink order. When we finally got our food my husband was generally pleased with his. We both got the sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms, eggs over easy, a hash brown and pancakes. My eggs were cold. I will try this restaurant one more time.

I Love going to IHOP but will not return to this one. It was aweful. It took us about 30 min to be seated even though there were seats available. There were waitresses piled up leaned on the cash register. I ordered coffee and it was about room temp when it finally got to my table. My wife ordered coke but ended up with Pepsi without warning. And then she had to wait another 10 min for a straw. The food was good. Our overall experience was well below average due to terrible service, lack of customer care, and the time it took to relieve each part of our order.

Horrible service. Flies everywhere. The manager was running around yelling like a child. Took almost an hour to get my food. Food and trash all over the floor. Absolutely terrible experience.
