By far the worst experience I’ve had with Verizon after being a customer for 10 years+. Despite calling first to tell what I needed I still waited 45 minutes before being helped. Seriously understaffed. The person who checks you in was rude and unpleasant. Big mistake having him be the first point of contact unless you care nothing for customer service. Oh! Now it all makes sense…

I have had the worst experience EVER with this store. On Friday 4/22, I arranged for the exchange of a defective phone. I also ordered a case because they didn’t have the size I needed in store. I was told I’d have both the phone and the case Monday. On Tuesday FedEx called to tell me the address was entered incorrectly by Verizon and they could not deliver it to me. They said Verizon needed to contact FedEx to provide the correct address. On Weds I contacted Verizon to correct the address. They claim FedEx would not take the address correction so I told Verizon nevermind, I’d just go pick it up from FedEx. I went to pick up the phone at FedEx and learned that Verizon requested FedEx return the phone even though I specifically told Verizon I would pick it up. I texted the store manager, Adrian, and asked if they could arrange for me to pick up the phone in the store. No response. Texted again the next day and was told no but they would arrange another to be shipped. Next day I got a text threatening to charge me for the replacement phone they provided because I hadn’t returned my defective phone! Finally on 5⁄3 we got the phone but no case. I texted the manager about it and got no reply. I had to follow up and was told the case had been returned to the warehouse and my account credited but I could feel free to come to the store and pick up a new one. No apology or taking responsibility for the screw up. I said I don’t have time to come in, I want it shipped. They agreed to ship it and charge me. I told the manager this was horrible service and suggested they should comp the case in light of all the delays & mistakes. They said they took this as a «learning experience» and would split the cost of the case with me. I got the case on 5⁄12 and it’s the wrong case. I texted the store. No reply. Followed up 2 days later and reply from manager simply said«bring the case to the store.» No apology. No effort to provide good service or any attempt to make up for this utter debacle. Some learning experience. Bottom line: go to a different Verizon store. Service at this one SUCKS.

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for for 7 years. This store by far provided the worst customer service I have ever received. The sales associate was extremely rude and nasty to me and the manager saw the way his employee was rolling his eyes and being short with me and did not seem to car in the slightest. Verizon had called me and told me I was up for an early upgrade as my current phone had broken. I told them via telephone I’d rather go into my local store than wait for the phone to come in the mail. I went to the store and the associate insisted I was not up for an early upgrade and he was not going to give me a phone. I made a call to Verizon and the representative I spoke with also spoke to the man working in the physical store to explain I was eligible but the sales associate still refused to cooperate. I wound up saying screw it after 2 hours of nonsense and my phone was delivered the next week via mail. I will never go back into this store again. I filed a complaint through Verizon as did the sales associate I spoke with on the phone regarding the appalling behavior of the staff at this location.

The staff are reasonably nice, but this place is less efficient than the DMV. Come prepared to wait…

I was helped by Jeff who was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but super quick in upgrading my phone and explaining the new promotion. Best experience I’ve had so far at a Verizon store.

Verizon in general — If I could do a MINUS Star, I would! I am on the Family Base Plan and my son called 911 due to a car accident in front of his house earlier today. I just happened to be lost when I got a text from Verizon saying someone in my plan had called 911 and the phone was being SUSPENDED. Why in the WORLD, would they suspend someone’s phone when there is a clear emergency? As it turns out, Verizon disabled MY phone, not his. I didn’t realize this until I tried calling him to see if he was ok, but the calls weren’t going through. He on the other hand, started getting worried because he was trying to call me back since the calls weren’t going through. He also called my daughter to see if she had heard from me. She called me and of course, her calls wouldn’t go through either. Now both my kids are worried sick about me, I’m lost and I can’t get through to anyone because Verizon DISABLEDMYPHONE!!! I finally make it home and text my kids to explain what happened. I tried calling Verizon, but of course, I can’t because my phone is DISABLED — although I NEVER made the 911 call. The text said USAGECONTROL is suspended for THAT line. You mean my son’s line? Because his line was NOT disabled. …and why in the world would they disable a phone DURING an emergency!!! The text also said I could reset the phone on My Verizon at base. MORONS!!! If someone is lost and their phone is disabled, how can they USETHEINTERNET to reset it??? So I finally make it home, go to (which is what the text says) and from there, it asked me to sign in. Now what??? Where do I go from here??? My son called VW from his phone and VW told him I would have to go into the store to have it reset. Bunch of imbecils! Now I have to take time from my day off, drive 15 miles to VW store and get this taken care of. Yes, I promised VW I was going to blast them on Unilocal! Not that a corporation like them care!!! I CAN’T wait for my plan to end. They have done SOOOOO many bad calls on my plan. …and I can prove it. I still have emails to VW executives from an error on their part. All I heard was«we’re sorry»! Yeah!

My mom and I arrived here at around 6:30PM on a Friday and had to wait 45 minutes before we could be seen by a salesperson. Unfortunate that they were so short-staffed. The salesperson that finally got around to helping us did really know his stuff and was great at answering all of our questions. The design of the store layout was questionable. I was looking around for the HTC One M8 accessories and couldn’t find them anywhere. After asking, I was told that they«ran out of space» so those accessories were in a back room. Strange because there was a ton of extra space because the store location was so large. He offered to bring out whatever I needed, but I found that super inconvenient. EDIT: Within minutes of posting this review I was contacted by a customer service rep apologizing for my experience and asking if there was anything else he could help with. Pretty impressive response time and obviously they do a good job monitoring social media channels.

After only 12 months of being a Verizon customer, I’ve become a Fan. Here’s why: — Good coverage. There are very few deadspots in the areas I am in most often… Vegas, Orange County, and San Diego. — Nice selection of phones. Now that the iPhone is available on Verizon, this makes them even better in my opinion. — Great customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or issue, they are very prompt in responding and diligent in resolving the issue. They also follow up to make sure I’m satisfied with the result.
