We had $ 40k water damage to our house that put our family in a hotel for 46 days. ServPro did the «dry out» and restoration. They were incredibly nice throughout, kept us informed, worked well with our insurance company (and advocated for us). They truly had a genuine customer-​first mindset. Finally, the cleaning service provided to us and our home made our return only that much more meaningful… an excellent job with special attention to details.
Two more weeks before everything is done (awaiting our countertops), but the house is 85−90% done and in better shape than before the damage. We hope to never have to use their services again because of water or smoke damage, but I would HIGHLY recommend ServPro to anyone who needs any form of their wide range of services. Sean, Brad, Todd, Sean & the rest of the team were FANTASTIC. They helped make a bad situation both bearable and better.
