Seems like an honest, straight forward Auto body shop.
I’ve been there twice to fix a crapload of stuff on my crappy, used car that I got from a crappy, shady salesman.
Mraz found a bunch of things wrong with my car and proceeded to explain it in laymans terms. Jim, the head honcho, took me back to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and why.
It was all still over my head, so even if I got ripped off, I wouldn’t really know. But he seemed honest and that’s all I can base my opinions on.
We were recommended by a friend who had shopped around on fees and said theirs was fair and sometimes even lower than other places. They’ve done a good job so far, but my wallet is still lighter than I wish it were. Can’t really blame them for my poor choice in cars though.
Tip: They charge ~ $ 88/​hr for labor.
They got a loaner car if yours is in the shop for a day or more.
All in all, I’d come again and recommend it. Just wish they had a discount for poor suckers like me.
