The new blinds were installed last week, and we thought they looked off. They are accordian shades, but were stretched to the point that they seemed flat. We took them down and realized that the measurements on the top of the blinds was 53 ½″ it is supposed to be 55 ½″. The installers had adjusted the track to stretch them past what they should be in order to make the bottoms hit the sill. We called again and are waiting for the correct shades to be installed today. This makes THREE attempts to get the correct size on our windows. We have been offered nothing in compensation or price reduction. Will never, ever, recommend Eddie Z’s. –J. Cole

I’ve worked with Cathy Statis from the Milwaukee market for many years: I can’t imagine calling anybody else for blinds and draperies. Not only has Cathy consistently steered me in the right direction from a design standpoint, she’s also prevented me from making drastic mistakes. Cathy knows her products, is always on time, and comes prepared. Cathy has been able to find a treatment solution for me no matter what my budget happens to be. She’s been enthusiastic about all my projects, not just the lucrative ones. I have a lot of respect for that.
