Very cozy and clean property with nice updated common areas. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful with any requests you might have. The rooms are nice and large with nice toiletries, towels and bedding. Very clean. The property has two attached restaurants and the Champps is quite lively especially during games. The complimentary breakfast is very nice as well. The pool area is quiet and clean– I wish I had brought a bathing suit! I enjoyed my stay here and will return.

We recently had several families come from out of town to attend a funeral. We booked 9 rooms, and the experience below comes from all our guests. The staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating. They shuttled from the airport, made special arrangements to cluster our rooms together, and made great recommendations for everything from dry cleaners to restaurants. The swimming pool was clean, had towels provided, and kept the kids entertained. The data center was helpful in everyone keeping in touch. One of our guests had to fax documents back and forth for business and the front desk was very helpful. Wi-fi in all rooms was fast and easy. The suites had doors on the bedrooms that helped the adults rest while the kids watched tv. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers in every room. One of our disabled family members had an exceptional wheelchair suite with roll in shower. Another had a not-so-friendly tub/shower with a high step-in, and a myriad of grab bars that were completely useless. This bathroom was not fit for anyone with ambulatory disabilities, and should not have been sold as such. No other accessible rooms were available. This was the only detraction and the sole reason for 4 stars, not 5. Breakfast was about average with adequate hot and cold foods. The food manager was excellent in keeping fresh food coming and cleaning up after messy guests so latecomers had as nice an experience as did the early birds. Hot coffee and tea was available 24×7. We also appreciated being able to use the breakfast room for quiet conversation in the afternoon and evening.

My employer put me in this hotel for three nights last week for a week of meetings. It was a very nice budget hotel. The rooms were a bit spartan and worn, but I could see past that. The biggest issue I found was soundproofing. My room adjoined to another one, and I could hear them partying all night(strange since the clientele was mostly business). There was a good hot breakfast every day with rotating entrees. The staff was very pleasant as well — always having a smile on their face. They even scheduled shuttles for our whole group to get to the office! I did not partake because I drove, but they were all very satisfied.

Very nice hotel with easy access to two restaurants, a nice gazebo area, and what appeared to be a nice pool and hot tub. Good hot breakfast with lots of options including waffles every day and sometimes eggs/omelettes, sausage, French toast, potatoes, etc. Yogurt, fresh fruit and granola was excellent as well. We stayed as part of a large wedding party, so we got to see a lot of rooms. All were nice, though ours could have been better. We had a dog, and were unexpectedly separated from the wedding block because of this. Our room had a poorly operating sink, and was touching the elevator machine room, resulting in loud noises on and off at all hours. We were also not told that the pet fee was $ 75 when we made the reservation and checked in. Additionally, we were told that we needed to use the back entrances to bring the dog in and out of the building. While pets are accepted, I would not consider it to be a pet friendly hotel. I thought it only fair to bring my issues to the attention of the hotel before airing my grievances online. I spoke with the weekend manager(Marie?), who was very understanding and offered to waive the pet fee, which I felt was the right thing to do, and obviously appreciated very much. If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay here again, but I would probably leave the dog at home if possible.

Revisited Country Inn & Suites for our one-year wedding anniversary staycation. Cory in Sales found us an incredible rate of $ 70/night for two nights on our anniversary weekend, and that’s the whirlpool suite. We arrived to find flowers, a small cheesecake and wine in our room! This was my mother-in-law’s doing, apparently, but the hotel was complicit and presented everything beautifully. We had a very relaxing stay and all the staff(including our favorite server at Champp’s, Courtney) were friendly and helpful, and happy to see us. The room was in excellent condition, and the remodeling looks great. I love that you can open the windows to let the breeze in. I wish we’d had a chance to go sit in the courtyard to enjoy the gazebo area — it was a beautiful view to look down on. The pool was in great shape, even though there were two wedding groups staying here with lots of folks in and out. Even though I never saw anyone cleaning or stocking the pool area, it was still always very well-kept, full of towels neatly folded, no messes, and the water in very nice, clean, warm condition. The front desk kept the cookies coming and were always able to assist with our questions(like getting a corkscrew for our wine). The free breakfast was clean, well-stocked and efficient as well. Great stay, looking forward to staying again!

Nice room, Nice free breakfast, nice staff, eh the place is nice. Check in staff was very pleasant. Got an upgraded room with a jacuzzi in the room next to the bed, it was a little strange. I didn’t get to use it but it looked tempting. The room had a microwave, refridge, coffee maker. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Really nice Place was clean. Defiantly would go back again.

I came to stay here on business. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Probably the most friendly hotel staff I’ve run in to over the past two years. The room was kind of what you would expect at Country Inn. It was clean, basic, but had what you needed: bed, internet, TV, shower, mini-fridge, microwave, toiletries, etc. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty decent. The«hot’ part of the breakfast included real eggs, ham, and oatmeal. Previously they had waffles too. They also have your standard continental breakfast selection. Overall, a great stay.
